Upaya pelatihan ‘safety riding’ sudah dituntaskan kepada seluruh karyawan dengan kendaraan/motor operasional dan motor pribadinya dan akan dilanjutkan bagi karyawan setiap 3 tahun. Hasilnya angka kecelakaan saat berkendaraan mengalami penurunan terhadap tahun lalu. Kondisi kesehatan karyawan, setelah melakukan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan (MCU/ Medical Check Up) berkala, menunjukkan adanya penurunan kondisi ‘fit’ (sehat/dapat mengerjakan pekerjaannya), peningkatan kondisi ‘fit with note’ (dapat mengerjakan pekerjaannya, tetapi harus mengikuti saran medis dari dokter) dan penurunan kondisi ‘temporary unfit’ (tidak dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan normalnya, sampai melakukan pengobatan terhadap sakitnya). Ketidaknormalan yang terjadi merupakan penyakit degeneratif sejalan dengan bertambahnya usia karyawan. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengobatan dan kontrol yang periodik oleh dokter (perusahaan) dan fokus kepada ‘temporary unfit’ serta hasilnya dalam dalam 3 tahun sudah turun sebesar 44%. As a result, accidents on the road were reduced compared to last year. Health conditions of employees after periodic Health Check (MCU / Medical Check Up) indicated a decrease at the condition of ‘fit’ (healthy / able to do the work), an increase at the condition of ‘fit with note’ (can do the work, but must follow medical advice from doctor) and a decrease at the condition of ‘temporary unfit’ (can not do normal work, to do treatment for pain). These results were mostly caused by degenerative diseases in line with the increasing age of employees. The Company conducted treatment and periodic control by company doctors, which focused on ‘temporary unfit’. As a result, “temporary unfit” decreases by 44% within 3 years.
