THE BUILDING PROCESS

Our bespoke builders in Adelaide employ a
straightforward process to ensure we deliver
quality builds. The process begins with the initial
contact through phone or email. If you already
have a plan, we prepare a quote for you. If not, we
will work with you to develop a concept design and

provide a quote for the design. We will then invite
you to our office for a one­on­one consultation and
also to discuss your quote. If you accept the
quote, we will proceed to sign the contract. Next,
we will organise demolition if necessary and apply
to the council for planning and building approval.
Our builders will then work with you to decide on a
time for selection and signing off on the plans.
When the approvals come through, we will start
the building process. You can come for a site visit
any time you wish, but we recommend you notify
us to organise a walkthrough.
