Productive zone is where rehabilitation is
prioritized. There are two buildings where
PDLs can get education, get work, and have
recreational sports. Allowing them to
engage in rehabilitation and show them
opportunities to learn and develop is one of
the New Bilibid prison's goals.
Integration zone is where the PDLs have the
chance to engage with the public the most.
There is a main square present where PDLs
can perform, have concerts and speaking

where PDLs get to engage with there
friends and family.

The layout shown here is a sample of the minimum security's
quarters. There are two bunk beds that aren't facing one
another to provide more privacy to the PDLs. There are 2
desks to be utilized by respective bunk mates. There are also
shelves that may be used by the PDLs to store personal
items and clothes.
The Venturi Effect
Typical prison cells contain MINIMUM SECURITY ROOM
most of the elements required
for daily activities, but the
layout does not allow maximum
flexibility nor use of space.
Many typical exercises are not
possible in typical cells.
Allowing the PDLs to have autonomy and privacy in their
space allows them to process more and rehabilitate better as
they are able to do personal tasks more efficiently.
Providing space and prioritizing MEDIUM SECURITY BUILDING
