We know you are busy and many, many organizations and individuals are coming to you again and again for sponsorship
support. We’ve created our 2018 Sponsorship Opportunities handbook, so you can review all the opportunities for 2018
and decide which events and programs align best with your interests and marketing goals.

Sponsoring an event with the OACC is an excellent way to market your business and promote your commitment to the
Oxford community. We know you recognize the importance of publicity. Chamber events, programs and their sponsors
are highly publicized with your company’s brand to lock in valuable public recognition.

For your convenience, we are happy to invoice you in 4 quarterly installments (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1).

Sponsorship Policy Statement

 All sponsorship opportunities, available as of January 1st will be available in the Chamber’s Sponsorship Handbook,
available on our website, www.OxfordPA.org. To determine what sponsorships are currently available, please check the
individual event or program page or call the Chamber Office 610-932-0740.

 Sponsorship opportunities shall be announced used the Chamber’s communication tools, including print, electronic
and web-based media.

 The Chamber reserves the right to accept or reject sponsorships and also reserves the right to amend this policy at any
time without notice, provided that any such amendment will not affect sponsorships that have already been paid for.

2018 Annual Awards Dinner

The Chamber’s Annual Dinner Dance and
Awards Ceremony is the largest member event of

the year with more than 200 business and community
leaders attending.
The Dinner is an opportunity to celebrate being an
Oxfordian! The Chamber presents awards to the Business
of the Year and the Citizen of the Year.

2nd Annual Everyday Hero 5K Run
