Following our joyfulanniversary celebration, we now turn our hearts to thanksgiving,giving back all glory to the Lord. November is not only a month ofgratitude but also a time to celebrate men, not just in FCC, but acrossthe globe. The church is blessed with dashingly inspiring men whosefaith encourages us to draw closer to God.As we commemorate Adam’s kin, we are also grateful for the manyother reasons to rejoice this month. Fellowship moments throughbowling, retreats, and various ministry activities remind us of God’sabundant blessings and His desire for us to build meaningfulconnections. NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTSThe FCCBOWLING TOURNAMENTFELLOWSHIPPASTORS, ELDERS AND DEACONSEVALUATION AND FELLOWSHIPThe FCC Bowling Tournament Fellowship was held onNovember 8 at Zayed Sports City, bringing together 11teams from various Bible Study Groups and theMultiMedia Ministry. In collaboration with DCRM, SSM,CONNECT, and HCF, the event fostered teamwork,fellowship, and purpose. The Mighty Ducks (Living Faith)claimed the championship, followed by Team Dunamis(Living Faith) and Joy BS. Ten special awards were alsopresented. Part of the proceeds will support the DCRMfund for brethren and communities affected bycalamities. Heartfelt thanks to all participants andsupporters. We look forward to welcoming even moreteams next year for another meaningful fellowship.On 9 November, the Elders Ministry Heads gathered for theirannual fellowship, made even more special this year by thepresence of the Pastors. The event served as a meaningfulopportunity for each ministry to evaluate their performance,celebrate success stories, and reflect confidently on thechallenges they overcame. The evening was filled with joy as eachcluster, together with the Elders and Pastors, they showcased theirtalents through cheerleading and trivia activities. The celebrationwas thoughtfully planned and organized by the HR Ministry.We praise and thank the Lord for blessing FCC with committed,passionate and hardworking servants.From November 14–16, the Salt Ministry held its annual retreat,gathering singles from different Emirates for fellowship,connection, and spiritual growth. Centered on the theme M.O.V.E(Ministry, Obedience, Victory, and Empowerment). The retreatfeatured four inspiring speakers: Pastor Ben Hur, Pastor Dan,Pastor Edman, and Elder Doris. They reminded participants thatministry is not about showcasing talent but about empoweringourselves to fulfill God’s purpose. The sessions encouragedsingles to be committed instruments of God’s goodness and totrust that as long as we serve the purpose uniquely given to usand focus on becoming the right person, we have nothing toworry about.S.A.L.T. NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTSA HARVEST OF FAITH: CGM & FRIEND’S DAY2025 CULMINATIONNovember 19 – Supporting Men and BoysFCC INTERNATIONAL MEN’S DAY CELEBRATION 2025Although International Men’s Day is officially observed onNovember 19, FCC joyfully celebrated the occasion onNovember 14, 15, and 16, 2025. This year’s global theme,“Supporting Men and Boys,”guided the festivities as the churchhighlighted the value of positive male role models, recognizedmen’s contributions to the church and community, andpromoted their health, well-being, and role in building a saferand healthier world.A powerful skit titled “ANG PAGTANGGAP,” presented inpartnership with Mission Evangelism (M.E.), encouraged men torespond to God’s call with willing and committed hearts.We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Praise and WorshipMinistry, M.E., Food Ministry, FCC Connect, and the dedicatedMGD Cluster advisers.To all FCC men, may you continue to serve with strength,humility, and unwavering faith.The final batch of the 2025 Church Growth Ministry (CGM) membershipclass and Friends’ Day celebration concluded in November withoverwhelming joy and gratitude. CGM’s Mount Tabor batch graduated18 dedicated attendees, 12 of whom wholeheartedly embraced the callto water baptism—a powerful testament to their growing faith.Friends’ Day was equally uplifting, welcoming 6 visitors with warmth andopenness. Across the three services, an estimated 40 affirmations werereceived from attendees, each one reflecting renewed commitmentand strengthened faith in God.To God be all the glory for the growth, transformation, and unity Hecontinues to bring to His church!An Evening of Empowerment and Appreciation onNovember 30 gathered passionate servant-leaders for anight of honor, encouragement, and renewedcommitment to God’s calling. With the theme “Fueled byGrace,” the program celebrated the dedication of everyBible Study Leader and Assistant, emphasizing God’sgrace that strengthens their service. A meaningful videohighlighted the ministry’s journey and impact. Pastor BenHur’s Power Talk, anchored on Colossians 1:11, encouragedleaders to serve with endurance and patience. TheAppreciation Segment and Special Awards honoredexceptional commitment. The evening concluded withjoyful fellowship, heartfelt conversations, and testimoniesof God’s goodness. NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTS DCRMPROCEDURES AND CRITERIADEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPTHANKSGIVING CELEBRATIONThe Disaster and Calamity Response Ministry (DCRM) held aninspiring Procedures and Criteria Development Workshop at theTrianon Royal Hotel Rooftop, welcoming new squad membersand reinforcing the ministry’s mission and purpose. Participantsrefined forms, strengthened qualifying guidelines, and developedstandardized procedures for representatives across the Emiratesand for coordinating support in the Philippines. The team alsoreviewed upcoming events, including the Bowling Tournamentand DCRM Squad Christmas Fellowship, along with financialupdates and 2026 plans. The day ended with fun icebreakersand fellowship, reminding everyone that united service deepensboth compassion and camaraderie as DCRM continues itsmission with excellence and love.FCC Abu Dhabi warmly celebrated Thanksgiving with a heartfeltworship celebrations filled with worship, gratitude, and fellowship.The celebration brought the congregation together to reflect onGod’s abundant goodness and the many blessings He continuesto pour out on the church and its families. The service featureduplifting music, inspiring testimonies, and moments of heartfeltthanksgiving that reminded everyone of God’s faithfulnessthroughout the year.A special word of gratitude goes to all who served tirelessly tomake the celebration meaningful and spirit-filled: the Praise andWorship Team, Technical Team, Ushering Ministry, TambourineAdults and Timbrels, and the Food Ministry. Their dedication, unity,and joyful service truly embodied the spirit of Thanksgiving at FCCAbu Dhabi.PASKO SA DISYERTOPasko sa Disyerto 2025 burst with excitement as 153campers from 18 Bible study groups, together with fiveguests from Abu Dhabi and Dubai, came together for avibrant pre-Christmas celebration and the 54th UAENational Day. With full support from SALT Ministry, the crowdenjoyed energetic on-the-spot singing and two thrilling fungames that boosted camaraderie and joy. The deserttransformed into a lively hub of unity, gratitude, and festivecheer as everyone celebrated faith, friendship, and a trulyspirited community.With hearts full and memories renewed, we look forward tocelebrating with you again next year!
