Charis is partner at Stelios Americanos & Co LLC, head of the
Financial & Investment Regulatory Compliance department of the
law firm. He is also lecturer at the University of Nicosia, where he
has been a faculty member of the Law School for a number of years
and of the Department of Digital Innovation of the Business School
since 2020. He is the leading instructor of all regulatory courses in
the Master’s programme of the University in Blockchain and Digital
Currency. Furthermore, he is an expert panel member of the
European Union Blockchain Observatory & Forum, a member
of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) and a member
of the Technology Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.

CHRISTOS KASSIANIDES
Portfolio Manager / Eleon Capital Management Ltd
Christos is a Portfolio Manager at Eleon Capital Management.
He has a 25 Years of experience in Treasury and Portfolio
Management, along with a deep knowledge and experience in
fixed income fund management, real estate development and
investment.

GEORGE KARVOUNIS
Non-Executive Director / Eleon Capital Management Ltd
George is a non-executive Director at Eleon Capital Management.
He has a 15 Years of experience in Risk Management for Banks
and Funds. He is also Advising AIFMs/CIFs/UCITS for Risk
Management and Regulatory Reporting, while he has recently
focused on Portfolio Management for Pension Funds and
Retail Clients.

KYRIACOS PARPOUNAS
Eleon Capital Management Ltd
Kyriacos has an extensive experience in top management positions
for 22 years in the construction and the waste management
industries, in Cyprus. He has overseen HR, quality, health and
safety and environmental systems (including certified systems) and
has been a CEO in several companies for the last 18 years. He is
particularly familiar with strategy formulation, business processes
and controls and modern communication methods.

YAIR COHEN
CEO Algamol
Yair is an experienced entrepreneur and BizDev specialist in the
Cannabis sector, founder of YC2, a private cannabis-focused
investment vehicle. He is consulting companies with investments
in BioTech start-ups.

GEORGINA PRIOVOLOU
Lawyer, Associate / Stelios Americanos and Co LLC
Georgina is an Associate at Stelios Americanos & Co LLC.
She holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Queen Mary University,
London and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law
(LLM) in the University of Edinburgh. She also holds a diploma
in Art Law from the Institute of Art Law in London. Georgina is
currently based in the law firm’s office in Athens, where she advises
Cypriot, Greek, and international clients. She operates in three
departments: (i) Banking & Finance, (ii) Corporate & Commercial
and (iii) Innovation & Blockchain.
