PENGENALAN

The role of the company is to dispose of
scheduled waste that generates waste
generators and advisory services on
compliance with the Environmental Quality
Act 1974 which aims to:-

Dispose of scheduled wastes generated by
waste generators
Provide advisory services on compliance
with the environment act 1974

Among the services provided:-
One stop center for scheduled waste
disposal with licensed premises
Compliance -related advisory services
prescribed by the Department of the
Environment.
Opening company files with eSWIS system
Train new users on the use of eSWIS
Service waste analysis with an accredited
laboratory

LATAR BELAKANG

Involved with scheduled waste disposal in 2014 and was
started as a waste collector for used engine oil. As a waste
collector I find many problems faced by waste generators to
obtain the services of a licensed contractor to dispose of
scheduled waste at their premises. Moreover, in terms of
compliance with the Environmental Quality Act 1974 there are
many shortcomings. As consequence why I have taken the
Environmental Management Course (CePSwam} with the
Malaysian Institute of Environment (EIMAS) as a Competent
Person.

The activity carried out at the beginning was as a licensed
waste collector for used engine oil. Now I am an agent for
several premises licensed by the Department of Environment
for MDJ Environmental Services to act as a "One Stop Center"
for the smooth disposal of waste generators of their
scheduled waste.
