We have outlined the details of your trip below, along with helpful information to familiarize yourself prior to your travels. Before You Go HOTEL The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas 6900 Great Bay St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (US) Hotel Telephone: (340) 775-3333 Reservation Name: Christopher Walden and Brad Halas Check-in: 5/5/24 / Checkout: 5/9/24 A room has been booked for all Achievers Club attendees and guests. › Please note that the room, tax, and resort fees have been paid by RealPage for the program dates of May 5-9, 2024. › If you are staying additional nights for personal travel, you may settle your balance at check-in upon arrival. The rate is $719 per night, plus taxes and resort fee of $70. Your Marriott Bonvoy points are given on the nights on your own, not for the group trip. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM; Checkout time is 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but they are based on hotel availability at the time of check-in/out. CURRENCY The U.S. dollar is the currency in St. Thomas. Most major credit cards are also accepted throughout the island.


ATTIRE › Resort casual is recommended throughout your stay at the resort. › For the Jost Van Dyke Catamaran Day, beach wear is recommended. › For the Scavenger Hunt/Team Building Activity, casual wear is recommended. Please make sure to wear sneakers or comfortable shoes. WHAT TO TAKE ON THE TRIP Be sure to pack the following items in your suitcase or carry-on: › Credit cards › ATM card › Camera › Walking shoes and/or tennis shoes › Resort casual attire - including layers, light jacket, optional bathing suit for spa, appropriate attire for your activity › Sunglasses › Hat › Sunscreen – Use only non-nano mineral sunscreen containing zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Sunscreens using oxybenzone, octinoxate and octocrylene are prohibited in the US Virgin Islands. Sunscreen is available on the island. › A small first-aid kit › Motion sickness medication for the sailing adventure › Necessary medications › Sense of humor! ITEMS PAID BY REALPAGE ARE: › All organized group activities › Gratuities for all organized functions › Baggage handling › Phone calls (please use your Microsoft Teams for calls home) › Mileage › Parking › Standard airport transportation from your home (Uber, taxi, or airport shuttle) if you choose not to drive and park. A maximum of $150 round trip per couple can be expensed


Traveling and Arrival in Saint Thomas IN THE AIRPORT After deplaning: › Go to baggage claim to collect your bags. Report any missing bags at this time. › After baggage claim, proceed to exit the double doors located between Hertz and Dolphin Water Taxi and the RealPage greeter will meet you outside. › The RealPage greeter will escort you to awaiting transportation. The drive time to the hotel is approximately 45 minutes. GROUND TRANSPORATION If you are heading straight to the Ritz-Carlton upon your arrival, transportation will be arranged for you, no matter when you arrive. If you are arriving outside of the program start date of May 5 and not staying at the Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for making your own arrangements to the resort. Taxis are readily available; Uber is not on the island. IMPORTANT TRAVEL TIPS › In case of an emergency or missed flight during your travel dates, please contact the airline directly as they will control your reservation within 24 hours of flight time. › Should you need additional assistance, please contact Gant Travel at 812-817-0384. › We have worked to secure your seats in advance. Please check with your airline before your trip to confirm you have assigned seats. › Please make sure to verify the ticketing agent issues your bags to check directly into St. Thomas, USVI, from your originating flight. If you are connecting on an airline that is not affiliated with your originating flight, please make sure you have enough time to exit to baggage claim and recheck into your connecting flights. We suggest no less than 2 hours for this process. › If you have Global Entry, please make sure to have your physical card on you to expedite your time through security when you depart St. Thomas.


Onsite at the Resort CHECK-IN AND REGISTRATION Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and taken to a private registration area where your personal concierge will be waiting for you. You will receive your room key, welcome packet (including name badge), and some currency for your stay. We ask that you wear the name badge to the reception on the first night to get acquainted with everyone. Offsite Activity Information Activity cards will be provided at check-in with specific information about the activities. May 6 Group Activity: Jost Van Dyke Catamaran Day › Your passport is required for the Jost Van Dyke Catamaran Day. Please wear beach clothes and a hat and sunscreen are recommended.
