What time should I arrive at 1st Day in office?

@10:00 AM. We are located at 40,41,42 Community Center, New Friends Colony, New Delhi.
We have also specially curated Induction Schedule for you.
This will help you interact with your new colleagues and ensure that you have a seamless
onboarding at Modicare w.r.t processes and policies.

What documents do I need to carry at the
time of joining?

1. Government ID Proof’s - Aadhar Card & Aadhar Card
2. Passport Size Photographs.
3. Educational documents-10th/ 12th/Degree & Masters
4. Employment related documents- Previous Appointment Letter, Relieving/ Experience Letter & Salary Slip.
5. PF statement
6. Cancel Cheque

What’s the General Guidelines for Dress Code
at Workplace?

WE DRESS TO IMPRESS!
• Smart business casual.
• Perfume/ deodorants are recommended.

Do I need to carry my lunch?

We have Welcome Lunch arranged for you ☺

What are the office working hours @ Head
office?

We clock in 8 hours a day
You can opt for Flexi Timings- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm / 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Weekends are off.

Where do I park my vehicle?

We have a dedicated Parking Space for our employees'
To avail the parking space please share your vehicle registration number with HR
department one day prior.

Is there someone on the team who could be
my guide/mentor during my first 3 months?

Yes, you would be assigned Modicare Saarthi at the time of the Joining.
Also we have specially designed a Welcome Kit for you on your joining day.
