perform certain tasks automatically. Such automated systems are very useful in certain areas. Such as
energy consumption, reducing human effort, improving living standards etc. This project is based on a
microcontroller that automatically controls toilet lights. The purpose of this project is to turn ON or
OFF the lights in the toilet automatically with the method of detecting human movement IN and OUT.

irrigation is important. Which provides a better service? Irrigation service at a reasonable cost and with the
least amount of manpower. Because IoT sensors are capable of delivering information about their
agriculture fields and making irrigation automated by the Internet of Things, smart irrigation is an empirical
notion. The use of sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, pH, and water level in an agricultural field is a
feature of this work. Wireless transmission is used to send data from sensors to a Web server database. All
of these activities will be controlled by any remote smart device or computer linked to the internet, and the
operations will be subject to rain. It will be accomplished through the use of sensors, the IFTT app, the
Smart Agriculture app, Wi-Fi, and a Raspberry Pi.”

blindness.) In most jurisdictions in the United States, people with vision worse than 20/200, even with
glasses or contact lenses, are deemed legally blind. The term "vision loss" refers to the loss of vision, which
can be partial or complete. This vision loss may happen suddenly or over a period of time. Some types of
vision loss never lead to complete blindness.

to produce dried shrimp that have been separated from the skin as well as to save and ease the burden of
fishermen in terms of time and also energy/cost. The result of the creation of this project has been
carefully planned which can be made so that this shrimp grinder machine can facilitate the work process
to fishermen and do not need high experience to operate this machine.

aims to solve problems that arise in connection with

Among the approaches used to solve the problem is by
analysing the existing models available in the market. In
addition, prototype models have also been produced for
comparison. The data that has been collected and the result of
the comparison has been analysed and compiled to show the
results received. Based on studies and analysis, in general the
prototypes produced show better results in solving related
problems.

know, when the dustbin are full of waste and then overflowed out of the bin, it could cause damage to the
environment and discomfort to the people because of its stinky smell. This project suggest the Smart
Dustbin which will help in keeping our environment clean and it is also eco-friendly.In this proposed
technology, I designed a smart dustbin using Arduino UNO along with ultrasonic sensor, battery and
servo motor. The system is realized using Arduino, which is programmed to control all the operated
circuit. Meanwhile, the ultrasonic sensor used to detect close hand moved and objects and then
automatically the dustbin lid will opening by servo motor. The benefits is to maintan consumer hygiene
and keep environment clean

concentration of platelet blood cells is in good condition. This product can also be the used by hospitals
which lack of blood machines and serves as an additional plan in case of an emergency.

Many of us usually sees traffic light in their daily life while going EMERGENCY TRAFFIC LIGHT
to work or going for outing and etc. Many of us encounter situation
like ambulance where will cross in heavy traffic in busy roads. NAMA PENYELIA
This make drivers who are in road to be panic and the ambulance NUR ANITA HANIM BT MOHD
may stuck in between traffic. Fortunately, there do exist a solution
where the ambulance can be pass through the traffic light easily NIZAM CRINT
and drivers on the road also feel free from being rushing and panic.
The objectives of this project are to design a prototype emergency NAMA PELAJAR
traffic light using autocad and to control the sensor using arduino KEASHANANDA S//O
and to build an emergency traffic light prototype using iot that will
improve ambulance to cross the traffic light even faster. By using RAJENDARAN
the apps created drivers can control the traffic light. When the light NUR HAFIZAH BINTI HAIRMAN
turn to red and it can be change into green and other light will blink
in yellow so there will be flow of vehicle and the ambulance can
cross even faster. Even if the drivers forget to use the app there will
a sound sensor that will detect the siren frequency and change red
colour into green colour. The sound sensor can detect the
ambulance from 50 meters away from the traffic light. This will be
an alternative for apps. The system will be more helpful to
facilitate hospital staff which is ambulance driver in commuting
patients to or from hospital.

Search and rescue team or also known as sar, played an
important role in our community as their objective involves
saving people’s life. Search and rescue provide its service 24/7
but sometimes they need to postpone their mission due to some
limitation such as weather and surrounding problems. To
increase the sar efficiency while doing their mission, the resvisor
was created to help the sar team in rescue mission. This
equipment is a camera that allow the user to have vision in dark
surrounding and see through heat with with thermal vision. With
this equipment the sar team could extend their rescue mission
without postponing due to vision problem especially at night.
The night vision will help to navigate at night and the thermal
vision can see human body heat. We believe that resvisor can be
a massive improvement in sar mission and hope that sar team
can save many life with help of this equipment.

Coconut is the fourth important industrial crop after oil palm, rubber, and paddy in terms of total planted
area. It is also one of the oldest agro-based industries with most of plantations found in Sabah and Sarawak.
Most of the traditional foods in Malaysia such as curries and desserts contain coconut milk as their main
ingredient. Demanding of this fruit contributed to the growing of coconut milk seller even in rural village
such as Kalabakan district that takes 1 hour 35 minutes with a distance of 100km to Tawau town. With a
long distance from the fresh market, the villagers are difficult to get fresh grated coconuts. In this project,
MS Coconut Grater Machine was designed exactly to helps the rural villagers especially to get the grated
coconut without going to Tawau town. This study focus on investigating the potential grater process using a
grater machine as an alternative to the conventional method. This project deals with the used of solar energy
in promoted the Eco-Green campaign to reduce the consumption on non- renewable energy. Solar panel
used to convert solar energy into electrical energy by photo-voltaic principle. After conversion, these charge
stored in rechargeable battery and use by motor to rotate the grater tool. The study shows that by using MS
Coconut Grater Machine is more efficient to grate the coconut compared to the conventional method. The
present study indicates that by equipped the grater machine with solar system, the coconut grate service
always can be done even at area that get a electricity problem. Thus, this could help the people in rural area
to improve their life in better way. 58

penjagaannya. Ini kerana, proses penjagaannya yang rumit iaitu aktiviti siraman biji benih pada waktu
pagi dan petang sering di pandang enteng yang menyebabkan medium semaian biji benih akan
kekeringan dan akan menyebabkan pertumbuhan biji benih akan terbantut atau mati. Selain itu,
kegagalan percambahan biji benih sering kali berlaku semasa proses penyemaian, kerana suhu tanah
yang terlalu rendah dan terlalu tinggi. Proses penyemaian biji benih yang sering dilakukan merupakan
kaedah tradisional yang menjadi proses turun temurun yang prosesnya mengambil masa yang lama
untuk mendapatkan hasil tumbuh besar biji benih. Dengan adanya projek ini, suri rumah dapat
menjimatkan masa dan tenaga kerana proses pengukuran dan penjagaan biji benih secara tradisional
mengambil masa yang lama..

Cats are one of the most popular pets at home, but they need to be cared for properly. One important
thing you need to know is that cats should be dried after the bathing process. Cats are specially
designed with fur covering the entire body, the thickness, and length of cat fur are based on the types of
cats themselves, the cat drying process will help remove excess moisture and reduce the risk of
infection or even skin allergies in cats. Cat Drying Box has 2 parts, the dryer box and the second is the
trolley that serves as a table. Cat drying occurs when the blower is turned on and will be connected to a
pipe that has been drilled on the inside of the drying box. Pipes will be placed on the left and right sides
of the bottom of the dryer box and one on the top. This is so that the lower part of the cat can be
completely dried because the lower part of the cat's stomach and legs are the parts that have great
potential not to dry out. This project aims to solve problems in the process of drying cats. The main
objective of this project is to design and produce a Cat Drying Box and analyze the efficiency of the
time taken to dry 4 cats using 3 different tools.

to the challenges that have arisen. This sand separator machine has a wealth of expertise in putting
everything acquired from literature research, methodology, design drawings, workshop technology,
mechanical equipment utilisation, and so on to good use.

manpower. In addition, it is able to produce a lot of
production in a short period of time. Next, it eases
the work of traders. This machine is focused on

clean the entire body: In high-traffic areas, staff sanitation enclosures (PSEs) can effectively eliminate
infection risks and infections. We can now replace the previously mentioned client/student disinfection

discarded plastics take up to 1000 years to decompose. In this project, to overcome this problem, a
mechanical plastic melter machine has been designed and created. The title of this project is appropriate
as it fulfills the scope of our course which is Mechanical Engineering (manufacturing).

The invention of a can crusher machine in this project is to reduce the wasted storage space occupied
by the tremendous amount of use aluminium can at the commercial establishment like in the restaurant,
cafeteria and bar. Basically, can crusher machine be operated in manual effort and time in the can
crushing process. Shrinking the initial volume of empty used-aluminium cans down to 50% in more
effective, faster and effortless way, as well as to develop a low-cost device that is suitable for the small-
industry usage are mainly the objectives for the Automatic Can Crusher, where an automated process is
executed in Automatic Can Crusher due to the automation in the modern world is inevitable and
nominal to be used. The Automatic Can Crusher is run by Arduino Uno with the aid of an inductive
and IR sensor where it is applied to detect whether the object is metal or non-metal. Overall, the system
can be controlled manually through the lead acid battery and actuator linear . The average result of
empty can could shrink from 31% to 60 % of the original value, by using the attuned and compatible
pressure for this system

Kajian ini memberi fokus kepada menilai kesetaraan prestasi konkrit menggunakan pasir sungai dan
cuci. Syarikat innomek sdn.bhd ini ingin mengetahui perbandingan prestasi konkrit yang dihasilkan
menggunakan pasir sungai dan pasir cuci. Sebanyak 18 kiub konkrit yang bersaiz 150mm^2
dihasilkan untuk pengujian mampatan mengikut umur konkrit iaitu 7, 14 dan 28 hari. Nisbah
bancuhan konkrit yang digunakan adalah Gred 20 (1:2:4). Hasil keputusan ujian ayakan data
menunjukkan jenis kedua-dua pasir adalah berjenis pasir kasar.Keputusan ujian penurunan pula
menunjukan pasir sungai mengalami kadar purata penurunan sebanyak 2.17mm manakala pasir cuci
sebanyak 5.3mm. Kedua-dua konkrit dikelaskan sebagai sangat keras(very stiff). Manakala keputusan
ujian mampatan, bagi kiub dengan campuran pasir sungai yang berumur 7 hari mempunyai purata
nilai beban maksimum 147.25 kN , manakala purata nilai beban maksimum bagi kiub dengan
campuran pasir cuci bernilai 146.73 kN. Seterusnya, untuk kiub yang berumur 14 hari, purata nilai
beban maksimum bagi kiub dengan campuran pasir sungai bernilai 220.21 kN manakala kiub dengan
campuran pasir cuci bernilai 118.82 kN. Manakala untuk kiub yang berumur 28hari, purata nilai beban
maksimum bagi kiub campuran pasir sungai bernilai 238.64kN dan pasir cuci 206.96kN . Kekuatan
mampatan mengikut piawaian sebenar untuk hari ke 7 ialah 13N/mm^2. Dalam kajian ini, pengkaji
telah mencapai 6.53N/mm^2 dalam kekuatan mampatan konkrit untuk pasir sungai dan pasir cuci.
Manakala untuk kiub berumur 14 hari, piawaian sebenar adalah 18N/mm^2.Pengkaji telah mencapai
kekuatan mampatan sebanyak 9.7N/mm^2 untuk pasir sungai dan 5.2N/mm^2 untuk pasir cuci.Untuk
piwaian sebenar kiub berumur 28 hari ialah 20N/mm^2. Dalam kajian ini, kekuatan mampatan untuk
pasir sungai telah mencapai 10.47N/mm^2 dan pasir cuci sebanyak 9.13N/mm^2. Hasil dari kajian
dan pemerhatian yang dilakukan, terdapat beberapa perkara yang mempengaruhi nilai dapatan kajian
ini yang dapat disimpulkan bagi meningkatkan lagi kajian di masa akan datang iaitu dalam penyediaan
campuran konkrit secara manual,langkah berjaga-jaga perlu lebih di titik beratkan bagi mengelakkan
campuran tak sekata berlaku. selain itu, memerlukan kajian yang lebih mendalam bagi mengkaji
nisbah air simen yang optimum dengan menggunakan kaedah mampatan ini perlu dilakukan bagi
memperolehi nilai nisbah air simen yang lebih tepat.

COVID-19. Pemakaian pelitup muka berganda atau bersama penapis pelitup muka adalah digalakkan
bagi meningkatkan keberkesanan penggunaan pelitup muka jenis fabrik atau kain. Selain itu
pemakaian pelitup muka pakai buang dapat menyumbang kepada pencemaran alam sekitar. Bagi
mengatasi masalah ini, satu kajian telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji dan menguji
potensi kertas terpakai sebagai bahan untuk menghasilkan penapis pelitup muka dan digunakan
bersama pelitup muka kain. Penapis pelitup muka telah dihasilkan menggunakan kertas terpakai
buangan pejabat. Penapis pelitup muka yang terhasil diuji dengan tiga ujian mengikut kaedah dari
MaskerMask.org dan menurut saranan ASTM F2100 iaitu rintangan udara (Delta P), rintangan
bendalir dan kecekapan penapisan habuk (PFE) dan dibandingkan dengan penapis sedia ada dipasaran
serta pelitup muka kain tanpa penapis. Ketiga- tiga ujian menunjukkan nilai terendah dan terbaik
adalah bagi sampel pelitup muka kain dengan penapis manakala pelitup muka kain tanpa penapis
memberikan nilai yang sangat tinggi dan tidak berkesan bagi menjalankan fungsi pelitup muka.
Penapis pelitup muka dapat meningkatkan kadar rintangan udara, bendalir dan habuk yang melalui
pelitup muka jenis kain. Keberkesanan penapis menggunakan kertas terpakai dengan gsm 105 adalah
setara dan lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan penapis sedia ada dipasaran. Penggunaan kertas
terpakai sebagai penapis pelitup muka dapat meningkatkan penggunaan semula sis buangan kertas dan
dapat dijadikan alternatif bagi penghasilan penapis pelitup muka.

Concrete is a brittle, high-compressive-strength material with a low-tensile strength. The objectives
of this study are to determine the physical properties, compressive strength, and flexural behavior of
concrete. A concrete Grade 25 was designed and cast for 3 cubes and 12 beam specimen. The
number of barbed wire (BW) in the beam specimens was 2, 4, and 6 in each specimen. The
specimens were tested for compression and flexural strength after curing. The average density of 12
beam specimens is 2372.5 kg/m3, with 1.3% of water absorption. The beam specimen has an
average compression strength of 18.23 MPa. The flexural strength increases with the increase of the
number of barbed wires. The BW6 shows the highest flexural strength of 9.36 MPa. The results
reveal that installing BW improves the concrete beam's flexural strength and ductility. In
comparison to compressive strength, all beam specimens have greater than 20% flexural strength.

Bencana banjir kilat adalah salah satu fenomena alam yang terjadi apabila hujan turun dengan lebat
secara berterusan. Oleh itu, bagi mengurangkan tahap risiko dan juga impak negatif bencana banjir,
semua pihak terutamanya penduduk di kawasan kajian haruslah sentiasa mengambil langkah berjaga -
jaga. Kajian ini akan menjelaskan cara mendapatkan data isipadu air, halaju air di lokasi kajian bagi
cadangan rekabentuk perparitan yang sesuai. Kajian ini difokuskan kepada cadangan rekabentuk saiz
parit yang optimum bagi menampung aliran air semasa hujan maksimum. Namun, sebelum cadangan
dibuat, kami mengambil data-data yang diperlukan iaitu data halaju air dan isipadu parit di kawasan
kajian. Kami tertarik serta melakukan kajian ini kerana masalah di lokasi kajian iaitu sistem perparitan
yang sedia ada sekarang menimbulkan banyak masalah terutama pada penduduk serta pengguna
jalanraya di sekitar lokasi kajian. Oleh itu, dengan cadangan rekabentuk sistem perparitan kami ini,
kami berharap ianya dapat mengatasi banjir kilat di lokasi kajian kami.

Tajuk kajian ialah kesedaran penduduk tentang amaran awal peningkatan paras air sungai
Perancangan Ranau. Objektif yang digunakan ialah menganalisis pendapat penduduk tentang amaran
awal peningkatan paras air sungai, menentukan paras air berbahaya dan mereka bentuk sistem amaran
banjir. Selain itu, terdapat tiga fasa metodologi. Fasa pertama,(temu bual,borang soal selidik), Fasa
kedua(mengukur kadar alir sungai, mengukur masa), Fasa ketiga(mereka bentuk sistem amaran awal
banjir, sesi temu bual, borang soal selidik). Analisa sampel yang diedar secara rawak seramai 42
responden bersetuju untuk mendapatkan sistem amaran awal banjir. Kerja lapangan dilakukan di
kawasan kajian untuk mencari kadar alir sungai dan purata masa, data purata masa yang digunakan
untuk bergerak dari air ke tebing adalah 15 saat dan data bagi kadar alir sungai adalah 32. Akan ada
banyak ujian yang perlu dilakukan seperti menyambungkan pembesar suara pada siren supaya siren
dapat didengar lebih kuat dan lebih jauh.Pada masa hadapan penduduk dapat melihat keberkesanan
produk dengan konsep sedia ada tetapi setakat ini produk siap kelihatan menjanjikan.

Penyelidikan ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti tahap kualiti air telaga yang digunakan oleh
penduduk Kampung Kebagu sebagai sumber air minuman. Kaedah kajian yang digunakan ialah
membuat pengujian kualiti air dari aspek fizikal dan kimia. Parameter fizikal yang dikaji ialah suhu,
warna, kekeruhan dan pepejal terampai. Turut diambil kira, parameter kimia yang dikaji ialah Klorida,
Klorin, Magnesium, Nitrat, Nitrit, Besi, Aluminium, Mangan, Ammonia, Kalsium dan pH. Dapatan
yang diperolehi akan dibandingkan dengan standard piawai yang telah digariskan oleh World Health
Organization (WHO) untuk menentukan tahap keselamatan air tersebut. Hasil dapatan kajian
mendapati nilai parameter fizikal dan parameter kimia melepasi tahap selamat yang telah digariskan
oleh WHO. Oleh itu, dapatlah disimpulkan bahawa kajian ini berjaya membuktikan secara teknikal
bahawa air telaga di Kampung Kebagu adalah selamat untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber air minuman.

One of the problem when using mechanical machine is the cleanliness of the workshop. To make sure
the workshop clean is we always need to clean the machine after using it and in this case, we need a
help from other people so the process can be quicker and efficient. We investigated that the necessity
to make an invention to assist the worker to clean a machine then design it with a compact and reach
the ergonomic needs. Our result that our magnetic cleaner design is provided to make sure it is easy-
to-use and does not required any additional energy because its use a magnet that can be use for a long
time period.

Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelian atas talian di Shopee dalam
kalangan pelajar Diploma Pemasaran Politeknik Kota Kinabalu. Objektif utama kajian ini adalah
untuk mengenalpasti samada faktor gambar dan video produk, ulasan pengalaman dan penilaian
(rating) pengguna dan harga produk mempengaruhi pembelian atas talian di Shopee. Responden
merupakan pelajar Diploma Pemasaran Politeknik Kota Kinabalu iaitu sebanyak 70 orang . Analisis
data dibuat dengan menggunakan IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26.0 yang
merangkumi data deskriptif, skor min, dan analisis regrasi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor

This survey study aims to identify the satisfaction of the residents of Taman Muhibah Jaya Tawau,
Sabah towards GrabFood services. The independent variables were price, advertising, and delivery
time while the dependent variable was satisfaction level to the GrabFood service. The purpose of
this study was to determine the level of satisfaction from the three independent variables. A
structured questionnaire was used to collect information from 150 residents of Taman Muhibah Jaya
Tawau, Sabah as respondents through random sampling techniques. SPSS (Statistical Package For
Social Science) version 26.0 is used to analyze and interpret the data that has been collected such as
reliability test and descriptive analysis. As a result of this study, it was found that the residents of
Taman Muhibah Jaya Tawau, Sabah have a high level of satisfaction with GrabFood services. The
combination of these variables is important to determine the level of satisfaction with GrabFood’s
delivery service. This study helps GrabFood companies to improve the quality of their food delivery
services. Therefore, this study suggests an addition to future research to expand the scope of the
study to a larger sample size of over 150 respondents that will offer more accurate data, mean values,
and reliability tests.

The purpose of this study is to identify the differences in the level of consumer satisfaction with Pos
Malaysia and J&T EXPRESS services in Sabah. The main objective of this study is to assess the level
of quality of employee service, the level of consumer satisfaction with the safety of goods, as well as
the quality of assurance offered by both couriers can affect the level of consumer satisfaction. A
courier service is a service tasked with carrying and delivering documents, packages or other goods
from one place to another quickly and efficiently. The use of delivery services can also facilitate
delivery management and help customers to get goods ordered online. Nowadays, online shopping
facilities are increasing among consumers and this increase has also attracted the interest of small
business sellers to focus on selling products online. Growing online purchases have boosted the
development of the courier industry as the increase in courier demand caused by online purchases
having a wide range of transportation options has promoted the development of couriers. Delivery
services are gaining attention, as increased customer expectations, and low efficiencies have led to
challenges for companies to expand operational processes and provide more managed services.

This study aims to examine what are the factors that influence the students of the commerce
department of Politeknik Kota Kinabalu in the field of entrepreneurship. The main objective of this
study was to identify what are the drivers in students ’interest in the field. The respondents of this
study consisted of 150 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire designed to answer three
research questions to determine what factors influence students' interest in entrepreneurship. Data
were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 to obtain mean,
frequency and percentage. The results of the study showed that the highest factor in influencing
students' interest was the student environment and the Entrepreneurship module factor. The next factor
is the peers who are at a moderate level in influencing students' interest in the field of
entrepreneurship. For future researchers, it is proposed to factor in the existing environment by adding
more opportunities and diversification to arouse more students' interest in this field of
entrepreneurship.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti persepsi pelajar terhadap aktiviti kerja secara berkumpulan
semasa pembelajaran atastalian yang telah mengehadkan pelajar untuk berkomunikasi dan
berinteraksi. Selain itu, motivasi pelajar juga berkurang semasa pempelajaran atas talian di musim
pandemik. Objektif kajian ini adalah mengkaji keberkesanan belajar dan bekerja secara kumpulan
dalam membentuk kemahiran berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dan mengkaji persepsi pelajar mengenai
aktiviti bekerja kumpulan dalam meningkatkan motivasi pelajar. Metadologi pendekatan kuantitatif
digunakan dengan pengedaran set soal selidik secara atas talian. Sebanyak 96 soal selidik telah
diterima daripada responden yang merupakan pelajar Jabatan Pelancongan dan Hospitaliti (JPH).
Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa majoriti responden (85%) dengan nilai min 4.44 bersetuju bahawa
aktiviti secara berkumpulan membantu dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan lebih baik serta
meningkatkan motivasi diri pelajar (79.4%) dengan nilai min 4.26. Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini
telah mencapai matlamat dan objektif seperti dibincangkan oleh pengkaji. Kajian ini terbuka kepada
cadangan penambahbaikkan iaitu pendedahan perlu diberikan secara berterusan tentang kaedah
bekerja secara berkumpulan kepada pelajar mahupun pensyarah.

Movement Control Order (MCO) has been implemented starting from 18thMarch 2020 until 31st
March 2020 to deal with the rise in Covid-19 cases. Mostof the people facing a problem in buying
accessories and goods especiallyfoods. This study is to explore the factors influencing the use of food
deliveryservice among tenants of University Utama Condominium Telipok during the MCO. A
qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews method wereapplied in this study, the interview
was conducted online by using GoogleMeet. There are 11 respondents who have been interviewed and
the datacollected was saturated due to six or more respondents repeating providing thesame
information. The future research suggested that the research area shouldexpand more respondents and
area to enhance the credibility and meaningfulness of the research findings.

Kemunculan wabak COVID-19 di Malaysia awal tahun lalu menyebabkan industri pelancongan
dihimpit dengan pelbagai cabaran. Selain daripada industri yang terjejas akibat Covid-19 secara
tidak langsung, ia turut memberi kesan kepada pekerja individu dalam sektor hotel dan resort.
Dengan bermulanya Covid-19, kemungkinan besar ia akan menjejaskan pekerja sepanjang wabak itu.
Objektif kajian ini dijalankan adalah bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti sejauh mana kesan teruk Covid-
19 terhadap kehidupan harian individu pekerja. Seramai 36 orang responden menjawab tinjauan
yang kami edarkan. Responden kesemuanya terdiri daripada pekerja hotel dan resort di sekitar Kota
Kinabalu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa Covid-19 menjejaskan kehidupan individu yang
bekerja di hotel dan juga pusat peranginan. Kajian ini menunjukkan penularan wabak Covid-19
merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kualiti hidup seseorang.

Halal is a growing market segment in the global context, gaining popularity and demand among
consumers around the world, whether Muslim or non-Muslim. A lot of issues and challenges risen due
to the hygienic, certificate and perception of the consumer. Non-Muslim consumer is a part of halal
food buyer and their perception is very important in determine the future direction of the halal food
marketing strategies. This research tends to explore the understanding of Non-Muslim consumers
towards halal food and explore the factors that encourage the Non-Muslim consumers in purchase
halal foods. Finally, this research also collect the suggestions from the respondents and propose to the
related agencies. Qualitative approach and semi structured interviews method was applied in this
study, interview was conducted through online by zoom meeting. There are 10 respondents have been
interviewed and data collected was saturated due to six or more respondents repeat providing the same
information. For the first objective, to investigate the understanding of non -Muslims in toward the
purchase of halal food products. There are nine factors has been discovered after the data clustering
process. And finally, there are two main suggestions was collected through the interview session with
the respondents. The future research suggested that the research area should expand more respondents
and area to enhance the credibility and meaningful of the research findings.

melakukan pembelajaran atas talian. Objektif kajian adalah Untuk mengetahui kesan pengajaran dan
pembelajaran di rumah semasa pandemik covid-19 terhadap emosi pelajar. Kajian ini dijalankan
dengan menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif iaitu dengan mengedarkan borang soal selidik melalui
Google Form. Kajian ini disasarkan kepada pelajar Diploma Pengurusan Hotel dan pelajar Diploma
Pengurusan Resort bagi Semester 1 dan 2 di Jabatan Pelancongan dan Hospitaliti di Politeknik Kota

gangguan daripada orang luar menjadi fokus utama perbincangan kajian kes ini. Kajian kes ini
melibatkan 113 responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar Jabatan Pelancongan dan Hospitaliti serta
pelajar sijil Kemahiran Hotel dan Katering . Oleh itu, objektif kajian yang dilaksanakan adalah untuk
mengenal pasti risiko keselamatan pelajar di Kampus Harummas. Selain itu, objektif lain adalah untuk
megenal pasti tahap kesedaran pelajar terhadap keselamatan di Kampus. Kaedah kajian ini
menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif melalui pengedaran soalan atas talian iaitu Borang Google . Hasil
dapatan kajian akan dikupas dengan lebih terperinci untuk mencapai objektif yang telah dinyatakan

merujuk kepada kaedah piawaian dalam memperolehi kos sesebuah pembinaan. Justeru standard
piawaian di Malaysia disediakan dalam menghasilkan senarai kuantiti yang teratur dan mudah
difahami. Rujukan terhadap kaedah piawaian SMM2 bagi projek yang dipilih dikaji untuk mengetahui
sejauh mana penggunaannya dalam penyediaan senarai kuantiti. Dokumen tender adalah sebuah
tawaran yang di keluarkan oleh pihak klien apabila klien berhasrat untuk melaksanakan projek dan

Corporate accounting fraud is a major problem that is increasing both in its frequency and severity.
Research evidence has shown that a growing number of frauds have undermined the integrity of
financial reports, resulting in significant financial losses. We reviewed the case of the Perwaja Steel
Scandal to study the issues that led to the company's failure in financial reporting. We concludes that
misconduct by directors and a weakness in internal control were the main reasons for the corporate
failure.

In the 1990s, a rising number of accounting scandals in Malaysia, such as Perwaja Steel, Malaysia
Airlines Berhad, and Megan Holdings, drew the country's attention. It is believed that the failures
occurred due to the weakness of the corporate governance mechanisms emphasized in the corporate
organization. We reviewed one of the biggest scandal i.e the Transmile Group Berhad on fraud issues
and causes that led people to unethical behavior. We conclude that the Transmile Scandal was caused
by a lack of boardoversight of business and managerial actions and untrustworthy information in the
annual report. This scandal has increased public awareness of the need for improved corporate
governance mechanisms in corporations.

Misappropriation of assets by those in power of a corporate governance is one of the most frequent
fraud cases. This review analysis looks at the provision of the Malaysian Company Act 2016 and
suggestion by the Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance on how to manage the issue effectively.
We use the case of Semenyih Jaya Sdn Bhd as example of misappropriation of asset by a director of a
corporate body.
