TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Policies
Carroll Companies, INC./ STS Ranchwear sells only to legitimate businesses with retail
locations and/or premium approved accounts. CCI reserves the right to refuse shipments
to any persons or retailers that cannot provide evidence of being an actual retailer or
wholesaler.

Terms
All orders will be shipped by credit card, certified check, or money order before an open
account status (Net Terms) has been established. Anyone requesting net terms should
submit a credit application. All new accounts are required to submit a resale certificate to
be exempt from taxes. An account that is established is expected to pay according to terms
approved by CCI credit. Any unpaid accounts will be subject to collections.

Shipping/Ordering Policies
Our ordering procedure is managed by an inventory system (Radio Beacon) that requires
first-in-first-our procedure; therefore if you choose to place a priority order, the order must
be placed by 1pm EST and will be subject to a priority charge. All orders are shipped FOB
Boone, North Carolina. To order call toll free: 800-884-2521 or 828-264-2521 or call your
territory sales representative. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST. Faxed
orders should be sent to 828-264-2633. If you choose to email your order please email
your sales representative. All faxed or emailed orders should be confirmed by the customer.

Return Policies/Procedures
All STS returns must be authorized by a Carroll Companies, INC. representative. Returns
will be accepted up to 60 days after the invoiced date. All return are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Discontinued products will not be accepted for return. Contact a customer
service representative or the returns department with the original invoice number, item
number, and reason for return request. We will issue a return authorization number that
must appear on the outside of the shipping carton(s). If the products are returned due to
quality, a replacement order will be issued.

Refused/ Backorders
Refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges.
Backorders should indicate on your order if you wish to backorder or cancel. All backorders
will be canceled after 60 days unless specified otherwise.

Prices
Changes in pricing without notice, are rarely anticipated, but we reserve the right to update
