Во овие времиња на светска пандемија, врската помеѓу студентите
и компаниите е потешка за одржување. Неможноста да се воспостави
физички контакт, и да се дојде до квалитетен млад кадар, претставува
сериозен проблем на пазарот на трудот.

Веќе 15 години, БЕСТ Скопје ја градеше и одржуваше врската, помеѓу
студенти и компании, преку годишниот Саем за вработување и кариера,
Job Fair. За време на деновите на саемот, холовите на техничките факултети
преставуваа место каде што компаниите можат да стапат во директен
контакт со млади студенти, да се престават себеси во најдобро светло, и
да го најдат нивниот иден кадар.

БЕСТ Скопје, како студентска организација, секогаш се стреми кон
понудување на нови и иновативни услуги, преку кои се трудиме да ги
исполниме нашата визија и мисија. Развојот на студентите е нашата
главна цел, и во ова време на светска пандемија, мораме да размислуваме
креативно, за да се надминат предизвиците поставени од моменталните
околности во светот. Со таа цел, оваа година, Саемот за вработување и
кариера - JobFair 2020, ќе се организира и одржи во виртуелна форма.

Би сакале да изразиме неизмерна благодарност до сите луѓе кои имаа
придонес во изработка на проектот, бидејќи токму вие сте најзаслужни
за тоа што саемот е веќе долги години препознатлив бренд, за којшто
интересот постојано расте и кој се надоградува секоја година. Посебна
благодарност и до факултетите, компаниите учеснички и поддржувачи,
кои низ многуте години постоење на JobFair, неуморно ни ја даваат
својата поддршка и помош при организирање на истиот.

Кои сме ние SKOPJE

БЕСТ - Борд на Европски Студенти по Технологија е непрофитна и
неполитичка организација чиј број на членови низ годините константно
се зголемува. Од 1989 па се до денес БЕСТ обезбедува можности за
комуникација, соработка и размена на студентите ширум Европа.

Во 34 земји со вкупно 97 Локални БЕСТ Групи, БЕСТ формира
студентска мрежа која е константно растечка , добро организирана ,моќна
и иновативна. Секојдневниот напредок се должи на околу 4800 студенти
кои ентузијастички дејствуваат, а речиси 1 милион студенти се опфатени
од поттикнатите настани и иницијативи.

БЕСТ на студентите им ја дава можноста да го прошират своето знаење
за теми кои го надополнуваат нивното образование преку организирање
академски курсеви, инжинерски натпревари, симпозиум за образование
тренинзи и културни размени. Од друга страна, БЕСТ се стреми да го
прошири пазарот на трудот преку саеми за вработување и кариера.

Последно, но не и најмалку важно, БЕСТ има развиено свој систем на

обука, па затоа нашите членови исто така ја имаат можноста да ги подобрат

своите вештини и знаења со учество на тренинзи за технички вештини и

меки вештини.

We always need new graduates for all of these departments i.e. Software

Engineers, QA Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, TechOps Engineers,

University Degree

We are looking for students that are in their last year of studies, with a few
exams left, or writing their thesis or have just recently graduated.

Relevant knowledge to the adequate job, team player, kind communicative,
honest, ambitious, willing to learn and grow within an organization.

We are a .NET/C# company, it would be great if the candidates have some
knowledge about these technologies if applying for Graduate Software
Engineer.

We are not seeking any work experience but it would definitely be benefi-
