KMUTT is committed to environmental leadership in
all of our activities from operations, teaching, to con-
ducting research.
Our commitments are:

yy To be “Green”, to work in partnership with
communities and be the role model on Energy,
Environment, and Safety Management Systems,

yy To produce “KMUTT Quality” graduates, who
are change agents leading Thai Society towards
a true Sustainable Development Society, and

KMUTT Sustainability Strategic Plan 2010-2020 has been developed
since 2010 and comprise of six elements includ

yy Green Infrastructure : focus on Master Plan and main Infrastructure including
Policy and strategic plan to make our university Green with development of
sustainable infrastructure, student clubs, website and statistic analysis.

yy Energy and climate change : focus on energy conservation, promotion activities to
serve energy usage reduction, energy conservation, global warming reduction,
renewable energy usage policy, Green area increasing and forest planting

yy Waste : focus on both municipal solid waste (MSW) and Hazardous waste within
university including waste cycling, waste utilization

yy Water : focus on pipe water usage decreasing and increasing on rain water or
