Holidays and Leaves Entitlement To ensure a healthy work-life balance, we provide : NoBroker follows : Work Anniversary and Birthday Leaves Only 15 leaves can be carried forward in the next financial year (April 1st) At the time of exit, 15 leaves can be encashed ( Eligibility : Min. employment for 1 year) 5 days work from office Flexible working hours 22 days of annual leaves (privilege+sick) 10 days of declared holidays 6 days of advance leaves if required and falling short of Leaves


Attendance Policy Required Punch in and Punch out Monthly Average 8-9 Hours to be maintained Failure to Punch in will lead to absenteeism Everyone is expected to be present in office unless they have prior approved leave For more details - Refer FAQ Section


Insurance Policy Insurance provider : The new India Assurance Company Ltd Self Paid Medical Assistance Organization Borne Assistance & Insurance Details Bren Mercury, 1st Floor Sarjapur Marathahalli Rd Group medical insurance coverage of INR 5 Lakhs. Maternity Benefits For female members having completed working for 80 days in the company in the last 12 months. 26 calendar weeks of maternity leave. (*inclusive of public holidays/weekly offs and rest days) The maternity leave payment is at the rate of the average daily wage for the period of absence. Valid for birth mothers, adoptive mothers of child(ren) below 1 years of age and commissioning mothers. Informing the manager and HR 30 days prior to taking the maternity leave is desired, if not possible , leave must be taken at the earliest. Please apply for maternity leaves in Darwin.


Paternity Benefits For members with minimum service period of 80 days. (PTO to be availed otherwise) 10 days of paid paternity leave availed in not more than two installments, up to six months after the birth of the child. Valid for birth father and adoptive father. Things to be furnished while applying : Formal written request (30 days prior) Date of expected birth or adoption Starting date of leave Ending date of leave Voluntary early return to work automatically ceases the benefits. Skill Enhancement Policy CERTIFICATE Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Feeling like upgrading your professional acumen with latest skills ? Get in touch with your manager with the choice of your certification/course/ skill etc and its details. Seek their approval, pursue the course by getting a reimbursement of up to ₹ 30,000 annually ! These benefits will be recovered if the candidates leave NoBroker within 6 months of service


Referral Bonus Policy Eligibility for referrer to earn bonus : The referred candidate should be on the company rolls not on the notice period, for the referrer to be eligible for the reward. The referred candidate should have spent 3 months in the company from his date of joining. PoSH Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at Workplace Act of India What Can Be Reported Physical contact and sexual advances. A demand or request for sexual favours. Making sexually coloured remarks. Showing pornography. Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature POSH Committee contacts are mentioned in Annexure It is enacted to provide a safe and secure working environment for all members regardless of gender. The Act provides a legal framework to protect people from any sexual harassment in the workplace.


Exit Policy In case of : • Non adherence to the company policies • Lack of performance • Misdemeanors • Sexual harassment • Criminal activity etc For voluntary, you have to apply through Darwin (Darwin -> Employee LIfe cycle -> Separation) On your last working day: • Fill in the exit feedback • Assets need to be submitted to IT Team(3rd Floor) • Download payslips/important documents from Darwin • Clear all your dues • Full and Final settlement will be done within 45 days of IT/Payroll clearance Steps : • Company has no obligations to provide any notice period and employment will be straight away terminated. • The policies will be applicable as listed on your offer letter. Insurance FAQs What is the amount of employee coverage? Employee coverage of 5 lakhs (The New India Assurance Company Limited) What is the amount of Maternity cover for normal delivery? INR 70,000 What is the amount of Maternity cover for Caesarean delivery? INR 75,000 Is there insurance/reimbursement on hostpitalization? Yes, the reimbursement of pre and post hospitalization of 60 days (hospitalization means spending at least 24 hours in the hospital) How do I enquire about the insurance details? For details, Download the loop health app or refer to the manual from darwin (Path: Darwin -> Hr documents -> Medical Insurance manual)


Relocation FAQs What is relax plan and How do I avail the relax Plan? You can avail NoBroker’s Relax plan at https://www.nobroker.in/tenant/plans and get it reimbursed in case you are finding difficulty in house hunting. How do I apply for Reimbursement? You need to apply before 30/31st of the month. Path: Darwin -> Reimbursement -> Create Once your expense is submitted, it will go for Level 1 and 2 approvals. Once approved you will receive the amount in First week of the next month Are meals included in my stay? Lunch & Snacks are available at office. However Dinner you can reimburse upto INR 300 per day Will I get relocation allowance in my salary? No, this benefit is a privilege which can be availed by you during your relocation at the time of joining. It doesn't include cash or bonus components as a mandatory part of your in hand salary. What is the procedure for extending the stay? Get in touch with HR for special request considerations.

Regularize your attendance through Darwin How do I regularize through darwin? • Darwin -> Attendance -> List view -> Regularize -> click on the checkbox for the date you want to regularize your attendance. • Select the view option in the Operation column and fill in the required details, reason as work from home. • Your request will be sent to your reporting Manager for approval


Last Day FAQs How to apply for separation? Discuss with your manager once, and if you believe that your concerns cannot be resolved, then apply at Darwin. When will my last working day be calculated from? From the day you have applied on Darwin, your notice period will start. Where to apply in Darwin? Login to Darwin -> Employee Life Cycle -> Separation This will trigger a mail to your reporting manager & HR When will my experience certificate and relieving letter be issued? Only Experience Relieving letter gets issued, which bears your last working date and designation you had worked at. This is mailed to your personal email id once you complete your last day of working, FnF is done post the company assets are handed over to the IT team What are my to dos/ checklist on my last working day? Exit interview with HR When do I get my Full and Final Settlement? ‘FnF’ gets released within 45 days of assets submission
