JTPatch CM40 Cementitious Polymer Modified Repair Compound

DESCRIPTION JTPatch CM40 is single component shrinkage compensated pre-packed repair
mortar to which water is added on site. It consists of specially blended non- shrink
cement, graded sand, fillers and chemical polymers to provide durable repair to
concrete. The lightweight fillers allow application thicknesses of 40mmvertical and
25mm soffit without formwork.

JTPatch FSR Polymer Modified Structural and Floor Slab Repair Mortar

DESCRIPTION JTPatch FSR is a pre-pack, single component structural repair material and
leveling mortar, which needs only the addition of water on site.
JTPatch FSR has low permeability property for interior and exterior restoration of
deteriorated concrete elements and slabs. It is recommended to place into forms or
used in horizontal applications.
JTPatch FSR formulation plus JTBond SBR bonding agent ensure good adhesion with
existing concrete. This material also shrinkage compensated property enables it to be
used for thick layer, large and small area application.

JTPatch Novus Rapid-setting Patch Repair Concrete for Pavement and Floors

DESCRIPTION JTPatch Novus is a blend of dry powders and graded aggregates which requires
PROPERTIES only the site condition of clean water to produce a highly consistent, highstrength,
free flowing repair concrete which self-compacts.
The material is blend of inorganic cements, special filler and chemical additives to
control the rate of strength gain to provide a fluid micro-concrete. JTPatch Novus
exhibits excellent thermal compatibility with good concrete and good water repellent
properties.

JTGrout D70 High Strength, High Flow, Dual Stage Shrinkage Compensated Grout

DESCRIPTION JTGrout D70 is a special formulated grout, which impart controlled expansion in
both the plastic and hardened states. A pump able non-shrink, self-leveling
cementitious grouting mortar with extended working time to suit local ambient
temperature. It is supplied as a ready to use dry powder.
The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing
precision grout for gap thickness up to 125 mm. In addition, the low water
requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. The filler
minimize segregations and bleeding over a wide range of application
consistencies.

JTGrout UW Non-Shrink Cementitious Grout For Under Water Installations

DESCRIPTION JTGrout UW is supplied as a ready to use powder. The addition of a controlled
amount of clean water produces a free flowing grout. The grout exhibits exceptional
resistance to ‘washing-out’ of the cement phase when placed in stationary or
moving water.
JTGrout UW is a blend of cement, graded fine aggregate and chemical additives
which impart controlled expansion, water reduction and non- ‘wash-out’
characteristics. The aggregate grading minimizes segregation and bleeding whilst
assisting the flow characteristics.

JTGrout EPX High strength, Epoxy Resin Grout

DESCRIPTION JTGrout EPX is a solvent free epoxy resin grout designed for grouting gap widths of
10 to 75 mm. It is supplied as three component system consisting of base, hardener,
and specially graded aggregate. The components are supplied in the correct mix
proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site.
JTGrout EPX has been tested in accordance to BS 6319, on compressive strength:
ASTM C307-03, on tensile strength tests ASTM C348-02, on flexural strength Test,
