Kindly request an official INVOICE from us for the service and/ individual photography products chosen above, it will include our banking details and will be treated as a mutual agreement to do business and initiate the following steps below.
1. A non-refundable deposit of R1500 (***R3000) to be paid for Booking, no temporary bookings. 

2. No deposit will be refunded in a case of cancellation. 

3. Your event cover will only be secured once the non-refundable deposit has been paid. 

4. The outstanding balance is payable the week before the event preferably, and/ on the event day. 5. Regrettably no Cheques.
6. Traveling expenses to be if applicable as “out of area” fee (for all areas outside Soweto). 

7. Seating and inclusion for the days meal must be provided for the photographer(s) and/ as- sistance (if required).


8. Photographers fee/ labour is included on the packages there are no other hidden costs.
9. Use your Invoice Number as your reference when making payment.
10. The Videographer is also available separately, please indicate should you need a quote.
11. The Photographer discretion is reserved where the selection of all pictures to be used when creating wedding album/ prints or where needed.
12. Please allow ample time to complete your Wedding Package, 5 weeks on average. 

13. Care to take note that we offer the best and competitive Wedding Packages in terms of quality, market related trends and trade expertise where the Photography industry is concerned.
14. Should you have a specific budget in mind? feel free to chat with us to accommodate your unique needs where possible.
14. All in the name of loving the job we do and also interested to ensure your event is covered fully, we are not too strict on event times and/ duration unless situations persist.
