Advice for Parents/Carers
You should not be unduly worried about
the possibility of your children catching
the Coronavirus.
There is no reason why your children
should not continue to attend their early
years, school or further education
setting as normal.
We recognise that some families or
children may be planning to travel to
China during the forthcoming half term
period.
If so, please refer to the FCO’s latest
travel advice via the link below.

Neuro-Ninja Tool-Kit Seminar 4: Through Anxiety & Beyond
Our next seminar is coming up on Wed 26th Feb 6 - 7pm at Uckfield College. In this seminar we finish our
look at anxiety and the human brain. In this seminar we turn our attention to social anxiety and the stresses
other people can cause our brains. Don't worry if you
haven't come to any of the previous seminars, we
always give a brief re-cap.
Our brains were built for a world that no longer exists
and social anxiety is the new kid on the block as far
as our brains are concerned in terms of things to get
worried about it. In this engaging, innovative and
compassionately delivered seminar we look at why
our brains can find the complexity of other people so
difficult sometimes.
