ในบางครงั้ ลกู คาตอ งการทราบเกี่ยวกับสถานท่ีตาง ๆ ท่ีมีบริการในรานอาหารตาง ๆ เชน หอง
สุขา สถานท่ีอ่ืน ๆ เชน รานขายของที่ระลึก สวนสนุก หรือสถานที่นาสนใจอื่น ๆ เปนตน พนักงาน
รา นอาหารจึงควรสามารถบอกทศิ ทางและบอกตาํ แหนงที่ต้ังของสถานท่ีตา งๆ เพือ่ แนะนําลกู คาได
