Apple vs. Samsung

             INTRODUCTION 

A​pple vs Samsung: which is better? People have been 

wondering that for years. Some would say Samsung is superior, but 
some say Apple is the best. But the question is, Which is best? 
Samsung has came out, with yet another phone. Will this phone 

make Samsung better than Apple? ​“​ After all,’ Iphone and Android’ 

is the technology of ‘boxers and briefs.”

                                                   Samsung was founded by Lee 

Byung­chul from South Korea to Beijing,China, in 1938. Samsung 

means ‘Three stars’ in Korean. Samsung electronics was created in 

1969. Over the years there was a lot of changes to Samsung. This 

year Samsung came out with their newest phone Samsung Galaxy s7. 

People are excited about it. The s7 is water resistant and dust proof. It 

has bigger batteries and a microSD support. S7 has faster charging. Samsung ditched the plastic 

back for a glass back. One of the biggest improvements for samsung was the ability to take better 

pictures. Now you can double tap the home button and get to camera faster. Samsung’s camera on 

the phone takes clearer low light photos, even without the flash. Samsung made really nice 

improvements. But what did Apple do to improve their style? 

 

 

           Apple   

 Apple was founded by Steve jobs and Steve wozniak, in 1976. It has 
been 40 years since Apple was created. Before Samsung and Apple 
was rivals, Apple had a rival of their own. Dell was Apple’s rival. Apple 
started off as computers. Apple computers was popular and 
expensive. Over the years, Apple made improvements. Apple made 
phones, tablets, and mp3 players called Iphones, Ipads, and Ipods. 
Last year, Apple came out with the Iphone 6s. The 6s had more colors, 
takes built in live photos, and can send voice messages while texting. 
The iphone has a 3D touch. And everyone knows the famous siri. Siri is the little voice in the phone 

that helps you with the phone. According to w​ww.digitaltrends.com ​“most of us need a little extra 
help.” Apple made nice changes too. But were they good enough? 
 

Reviews  

“Samsung no longer has and removable battery, which i think is dangerous.” Gordon Kelly from 
Forbes Magazine says. Gordon also says, “ Samsung ditches plastic back to glass back. Is Samsung 
copying off of Apple? To me they did better than Apple with the glass back.” Gordon continues on 
with, “ Iphone is perfectly sharp, but Samsung has super brightness.”  Gordon finally says, “ Samsung 
is hands down the winner.” 
AJay Kumar from pcmag says “ Samsung is a clear winner.” 
 

Conclusion 

Samsung has a water resistant and dust proof phone with clearer photos and faster charging. Apple 
has a Siri, 3D touch and more colors. According to Forbes Magazine and Pcmag, Samsung is better 
than Apple. And i can’t argue with that. Samsung has clearer photos even without the flash. And a
