The Pearl Spa is one of the most beautiful features of the resort and is the properties most profitable revenue
stream. The resort also has a separate gymnasium that over looks the picturesque lily pond.

The Pearl Resort is able to cater for 350 dining guests and is also divisible into three serviceable meeting and
conference rooms. The conference market is the resorts major segments and is an essential part of the
infrastructure of the hotel.
THE PEARL CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE
The Pearl Resort, is one of three resort properties in Fiji with an 18 hole golf course. This is one of the largest free-
hold golf properties in Fiji being 224 acres set in beautiful lush surroundings with over 100 mahogany trees. The
Trent Jones designed Golf Course is considered one of the most challenging in the region. The Golf Club house
consists of a Bar, Kitchen, outdoor seating area, plus pro shop, male and female changing facilities, golf cart
maintenance sheds and storage sheds. For Children, there is a swimming pool and adequate surrounding grounds for
weddings and major events.
FUTURE EXPANSION PLANS
The Golf Course consisting of 224 acres has substantial under-utilized areas that warrant additional sub-divisional
real estate strategies and or additional accommodation options. The owner has explored and identified areas within
the golf course to build 120 golf apartments. There currently has outline planning approval for the development of
the apartments.
