students whose achievements, citizenship, performance and behavior are of an outstanding

At the end of the year, academic awards will be given to 3rd - 12th grade students for grade point
averages covering the full year. These awards will be presented as follows:

the academic requirements may be extended to failing students by placing them on academic
probation.

Effective with the fourth quarter of the previous year, if a student remains on academic
