Greetings:

I am Lady Roxyanne Cartier Burrus, the National Area V Director, and on behalf of
Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., Area V, I want to thank you for supporting the 44th
Annual Leadership Conference. We are excited to host this conference this year. Our
task is to acknowledge and show appreciation for the many partnerships and sponsors
we have established as well as organizations we work with locally and nationally.

As you may already know, Top ladies of Distinction, Inc. is a long- standing service or-
ganization encompassing six regional areas inclusive of more than 100 chapters locat-
ed across United Sates of America. Since its inception in Tyler Texas in 1964, we have
been providing service to youth and adults for more than 50 years. Our major thrusts
include serving women, youth, senior citizens, beautifying America, and establishing
partnerships with like-minded organizations.

Throughout the conference we will acknowledge and thank our local partners for
providing their valuable service in our communities. We will showcase our accomplish-
ments and thank our Ladies, Top Teens, and Lords for their hard work and we will ap-
plaud the partners and supporters. Without you, we could not accomplish the work at
the rate of success rate we realize today.

Collectively, we endeavor to provide the mutual support needed to tackle the many
community issues and concerns.

Once again, thank for your support. You help us to accomplish our mission which is
to serve youth and adults.
