Elderbank Early Years Team – June 2020

The Early Years team would like to take this
opportunity to share a message with the children
and families. We have missed you all very much

during Lockdown.

To all the boys and girls who are moving on to primary 1 I
will truly miss you all. It has been a pleasure to watch you
grow and learn and I have enjoyed our adventures in the
woods. To the boys and girls who are coming back again
to play with us I am so excited to see you all again and we
will enjoy more adventures in the woods on Muddy
Mondays! Mrs Kilpatrick xx

Hello boys and girls. I can't believe we are nearly at our
summer holiday. I have missed you all so much. I can't
wait to see my big primary one's in their smart new
uniforms. And I can't wait to see all my returning
children in August!

To all my children in the purple group, I have really
missed you and I can't believe it’s nearly time to start
Primary 1. A new adventure begins, there will be lots to
learn and fun things to do, sing songs, read stories and
new friends to play and learn with too. Each day at
nursery has been fun, always busy and endless choice of
activities and I would just like to say thank you for all
your hard work and smiles each day.

To all my children who are coming back to nursery after
the summer holidays, I am looking forward to welcoming
you back to Elderbank Early Years.
Stay safe, have fun and have a fantastic summer holiday

Oh, how I loved our time together, playing and having fun
and although I miss your wee faces because we had to
stay at home, I feel so proud of how well you all have
done. Have a super summer.

To all the boys and girls who ate returning to nursery I
look forward to seeing you all soon so we can play with
our friends, learn and have fun together again.
To all the boys and girls who are moving on to Primary 1. I
am going to miss you so much but I'm not far away and
will be popping in to Primary 1 to see you. I wish you good
luck and hope you will continue to work hard and have

To all the children and families, I have loved seeing how
you are all getting on at home. I am so proud of how you
have dealt with this situation and seeing all of the
wonderful things you have been doing has made me smile!
I have missed the buzz of our Early Years being filled
with laughter and learning. It has been a privilege to be
involved in your learning journey! I hope you all have a
wonderful summer and I look forward to seeing you soon
whether you are moving on to Primary 1 or returning for
another year of fun and learning at Early Years! Lots of
