Growing Challenge (2)

Here are some special seeds for you to sow,
Please take care of them and watch them grow.
The seeds will grow a flower called ‘Forget Me Nots’,
Because everyone at Elderbank Early Years misses you

lots and lots!
Although at the moment we are apart,
just know you are a part of all of our hearts!

This weeks challenge is to plant and look after the
seeds which have been sent with love from the
Elderbank EY team.

Planting instructions:
*Using a pot with drainage holes in the bottom
(you could use an empty yoghurt pot and add some holes)
*Place the compost pellet into water and and watch as
it absorbs all of the water and becomes soft compost.
*Make a little hole for your seed and carefully add your

seeds.
*Cover your seed with compost.
*Water your seed and put it near a sunny window.
*Can you make a sign to let everyone know what you are

growing?
