These show the division of the building into zones, using a different colour for each zone. A simple plan
of the building, or full architectural plans can be used to provide a clear representation of the building.

Catalogue
• This catalogue is a pricing guide only. All descriptions, illustrations, drawings, dimensions, weights, measure, specifications, standards of performance or other descriptive matter are for

guidance only and shall not form part of a contract. All goods are sold subject to the prices and any relevant discount ruling at the time of delivery. Our prices, discount rates and conditions
of sale may be altered at any time without notice, due to manufacturer price increases or similar changes, within the life of this catalogue.

Deliveries
• We offer same day dispatch to all our customers (subject to stock availability) for orders placed before 3:00PM. In most UK destinations this means a next day delivery, any time up to

6:00PM. Timed deliveries are available on request. Orders below £250.00 will be charged at the standard rate. Orders above £250.00 are free for a standard next day delivery. Additional
charges apply to timed and Saturday deliveries.
• Any discrepancies or shortages found on deliveries must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.

Returns
• All products are subject to the manufacturers’ conditions and policies and are beyond our control.
• Faulty products within the warranty period must be authorised by the returns department, giving a full description of the fault, date and document number relevant to the sale, before they

are returned. Some items found to be faulty within the warranty period are sent back to the manufacturer and may be repaired, not replaced. If tested and found not to be faulty the product
will be returned to the customer. In some cases the manufacturer will levy a charge against non-faulty items, or fault/damage caused by installation error. Any such charge, including carriage
charges, will be passed on to the customer and no credit will be issued.
• Advanced replacements will be invoiced at full cost. In the case of a non-credit account customer, payment will be required before goods are dispatched.
• Non-faulty items should be authorised by us before they are returned. Detection Supplies is not obliged to take any product back. Products purchased more than 3 months previously will
not be accepted back for credit. Specials will not be accepted back for credit. Products that have damaged packaging or packaging that has been modified or written on will not be accepted
back for credit. Any products that we do agree to take back will be subject to a minimum re-stocking charge of 15%.
• Any returns to Detection Supplies must be recorded delivery. In the event of a missing parcel, proof of delivery will be required.
