Cass’s Comment

Hi everyone
I hope you have all had a relaxing Labour weekend. What
a bonus to have almost 3 sunny days!! I spent most of it
helping out at our parish centenary celebrations so missed
my usual beach Labour weekend. However, it was a great
celebration and lovely to see old friends reunited with each
other.
One of the highlights of my school holiday was flying in a
wee Cessna with Diane’s husband Ken, Diane and a flight
instructor. Ken, who recently got his pilot’s license, had to
practise stalling the plane and gliding in for landings so it
was pretty exciting!! The afternoon was beautiful weather
wise so the scenery was fantastic and I never felt the need
to say any “Hail Mary”s – a great experience.
Fingers crossed for a fine weekend this weekend for the
Garden Ramble. See you then or Monday.
Cheers
Cass
