SVC-ATX can cut rolled "Sushi" simply by putting rolled
"Sushi" on the cutter table without moving cutting blades.
Using two-button transaction ensures safe operation.

The blade frame and the cutter table can easily be
removed and mounted. The teflon-coated table can be
washed to be kept clean at all times.

This fully automatic machine cuts rolled "Sushi" sharply
and safely by pressing the switch.

The cutting blades for 8 pieces or 6 pieces are supplied as
a standard accessory. Mounting the cutting blades is easy.

the Sharikka MCR automatically produces Exhaust Duct (Cap)
perfect sushi rice each time through a 1120
mixing process, which covers each grain
of rice with a layer of colloid. This Blower
assures that the rice stays firm and moist, Air Filter
and that it retains its flavor, over longer
periods even at low temperature of
between 5°C 15°C.

•The shari is discharged from the Sharikka
drum through a simple button-operated
method.

•Three different mixing settings are avail-
able, depending on the type of rice used.
