Sayre Beccasio
Hi, my name is Sayre Beccasio and I am graduating this year from Wheaton North High
School. I will be going to Penn State in the fall in order to study Criminology. I started going
to First Pres in fourth grade and have been involved with the church ever since. I have
met so many people through WF and have learned so much about my own faith. I have
been through a lot in my life but I know for a fact God has been there to help me through it
as well as the people I have met along the way. I myself have definitely struggled with my
faith. Its hard to trust in God when life gets tough, but I have learned that God has a plan
and in the end it will always work out. I plan to keep working on strengthening my faith
throughout college because I know my faith is something I can always rely on. Thank you!!
Lizzie Chiesa
Hi! I’m Lizzie Chiesa and I’m so excited to be here for the senior send off! I just graduated
Wheaton Warrenville South High School and have plans to play volleyball at Radford
University in Virginia with a major in Business Administration. During my time at South,
I was on the volleyball team, was involved in Younglife, and also worked (and still work)
at Kimmer’s Ice Cream in downtown Wheaton. My favorite memory at First Pres is my
awesome confirmation class and our retreat. I want to thank my parents and church family
for always being so supportive, and helping me get to where I am today!
Sara Chojnacki
Hi, I’m Sara Chojnacki, I’m a senior at Wheaton North. I will be attending the University of
Wisconsin - Eau Claire in the fall. I played soccer for our school team and club. Over the
last four years I have been very involved in our church and I loved going on the retreats.
This church and these people have been family to me my whole life! I love all the time I get
to spend with them, especially WF every Sunday, and on the mission trips!
Ethan Hinson
Thank you for the support that you have given me over the years. I have enjoyed my time
at Wheaton South and am excited to start a new journey in the fall at Purdue University,
studying engineering. Throughout high school I have enjoyed playing video games and
tennis with friends, which I will continue to do in the upcoming years. I want to send a
special thank you to my mom, dad, and brother Deven for encouraging me to pursue my
dreams.
Jonah Lockard
Jonah Alexander Lockard is the middle son of Jeff and Julee Lockard. My brothers are
Jakob and Josh. I will be attending Trine University’s Honors program in Angola, IN in the
fall to study mechanical engineering. I will be playing Men’s Volleyball for Trine Thunder.
While attending Wheaton North High School, I played volleyball and soccer, was a
member of NHS and worked for Winfield Park District. I was also involved at Wheaton
Bible Church, helped with VBS at First Pres and Neighborhood Bible Club, and went on
summer mission trips and retreats. I want to thank my parents for supporting me on my
faith journey.
Erica Meissner
I’m Erica Meissner and will be graduating from WWSHS. I will be attending New York
University in the fall majoring in Music Technology in the Steinhardt School of Music.
I’m thrilled to be studying at my dream school with plans to become a music producer.
Throughout high school I’ve been active in Classics and Esprit Show Choir, Band, Choir,
Golf Team, and Key Club. I play the piano, guitar, saxophone and sing. I’m a member of
the National Honor Society and an Illinois State Scholar. Thank you to everyone at First
Presbyterian for supporting me including Mary Kinsey, Shelley Illif and Carol Brushwyler.
LOGOS and confirmation gave me a strong foundation in faith that I will carry with me
always. My favorite memory is visiting the older members of our church during LOGOS.
Brandon Schnack
I went to Wheaton Warrenville South and played basketball and baseball throughout high
school. I also led Tiger Crew, a club which organizes parties for the special needs students
at our school. I can't thank my parents and sister enough for all that they have done for
me as I progress in my faith. Next year I'm very excited to be studying business at the
University of Illinois.
Graham Stephenson
I’m Graham Stephenson and I will be graduating from Wheaton North High School.
Throughout high school, I have played soccer, basketball, and ran track. I also have been
active in various clubs such as key club, student council, and national honor society. In
the fall I’m excited to be attending The Ohio State University majoring in biomedical
engineering. Thank You to the First Presbyterian congregation for the constant support
in helping me develop my faith.
Carlin Wach
I am a senior at Wheaton Warrenville South High School. Next year I will be heading to Baylor
University in Waco, Texas and majoring in nursing. Throughout high school I played tennis and
ran track at WWS. I also was involved in National Honor Society, Key Club, and Tiger Crew. I
loved serving on the WF leadership team, going on retreats and mission trips, and games every
sunday at WF. I am so thankful for WF, YoungLife, and all of my leaders for how they have
helped me to grow in my faith. My faith truly wouldn't be where it is if it weren't for Sara, Chris
Nickell, Nancy Goodwin, and Dougie. At Baylor I hope to get involved in a local church and lead
YoungLife. LOGOS dino chicken nuggets will definitely be a memory that I will keep for a lifetime.
The High School Ministry of this church would not be possible without the amazing dedication of our adult leaders!
This year has definitely been unusual and unpredictable, but the one thing I have always been able to count on is
this group of adults to be there for our students. These people are truly the best! Thank you!!

Jesslyn Carroll – thank you for designing our t-shirts –
they look awesome!
Julie and Andy Leonard – thank you for heading up the
Senior Blessing Video Project. It turned out great!
Beth and Matt Stremel – thank you for mentoring the seniors
as they prepared their sermons. You are a blessing!
Kedrick Armstrong – thank you for making the music happen
today, and for all the times you rescued the music on Sunday
nights!
May God be glorified by our offering of worship today.
God Is Here – Can you feel it?
