Introduction to Brand

It is a Chinese-style restaurant called Mee & Pao, I chose it for my Final Project. It starts in 1997 year until now,
Mee & Pao is a home-based business, the business hour is Monday to Saturday, every day 5 am to 11.30 am, and 3.30 pm to 9 pm.
They sell breakfast mainly, take-away service provided, they sell noodles and buns and some desserts like red and green bean soup.
All of the product (food) is not Halal. They provided noodles like char kway teow, maggie goreng, rice noodles (bihun), big yellow
noodles. And the rice is curry nasi and nasi lemak. Then, Dim-sum (Chinese dish) is ‘siu mai’, dumplings, BBQ pork bun, tofu skin rolls,
lotus seed bun, sticky rice chicken and so on. Lastly, the beverage they have is milo, kopi, Teh-o, Teh Tarik and the dessert is peanut
soup, green or red bean soup.

sure the quality is the freshness ever.

The vision is to become the most popular restaurant in Klang area and the mission is to provide fresh, healthy and delicious food.

Brand Personality

The brand personality of Mee & Pao is neighbourhood, human touch, and sincerity. The staff service there is kindness, friendly and
heart-warming. Also, the environment there shows a home-based style, simple and clean. The architecture is a terrace house, the owner
(started) her business inside her house, and sometimes customers can sit there for a long day and chit-chat with the owner and staff
when there is free time and not much customer. The owner and staff treat the customers like their part of the family.

Brand Objective

Firstly, Mee & Pao wants to build up a brand awareness, like they want to let more people know about the restaurant, gain more customers,
and to show up the brand personality.
Secondly, Mee & Pao want to create emotional connection with customers, create trust and promise to the customers through the freshness
and healthy products, for example, provide a safe packaging to customers to make sure the product won’t leak out. They provide friendly
type of services; the restaurant is a place where we can sit down and relax at.

This Logo is inspired by the trendy colour and patterns that occur in the 1970s of Malaysia. Also, this logo is to create a sense of Chinese vintage
or retro which is based on the background of the primary target audience who are 40 to 50 years old, Chinese. Calligraphy kind of typeface is to
attract the Chinese target audience, to give a sense of affinity.
