Wipro is part of the engineering team for marquee Cisco products where our engineers work on products
as diverse as switching and routing to video and collaboration.We are often part of the extended Cisco team;
in many instances, we have complete ownership for the sustenance of a mature product or full development
responsibility for a new line of products.

With a 30% growth in our business with Cisco CDO over the past 12 months, over 950 Wipro engineers are
delivering value, cutting edge products and margin improvement in multiple Cisco lines of business every day.

Our engineering history spans 16 years and covers most major product segments.About 30% of our engineers
work in the Core SW Platforms Group.Another 30% maintain and enhance video and collaboration products.
About 10% of our engineers do hardware programming including running most of the electrical and other
design verification for the central engineering platforms group.Additionally, we have brought 8 new products
to market in industrial and ruggedized switches. We also have a presence in data center, security, mobility
and connected cities units.

Cisco and Wipro have jointly made investments of over $10m in labs and infrastructure at the Wipro
Offshore Dev Center (ODC) so that engineering activities in the ODC have the convenience of a full Cisco
environment for development and testing. We continue these investments in training our staff for Cisco’s
emerging needs in cloud, DevOps, OpenStack, IOS and other new initiatives spearheaded by the groups that
we work with every day. With a proven track record and a commitment to invest ahead of demand,Wipro
continues to be a strong strategic partner to Cisco CDO.
