Event 1 Title: The first day of school

The first day of school will forever be engraved in
my mind. I don’t remember everything exactly but I
do remember what it felt like being dropped off by
my mom for my first day of school. I remember
feeling confident, why you may ask? I honestly have
no idea. I remember my mom pulling me aside and
asking me if I was nervous and if I wanted a hug to
make me feel better although looking back I think
that hug was more for her than it was for me. I
remember denying it and telling her I'd be ok and I
was so excited I couldn't wait. I remember instantly
connecting with my teacher and having the best first
day .

Event 1 Title: The time I met someone famous

I was downtown shopping and spending time with your event here
my mom. We stopped to get a snack and relax
when my mom spotted a famous actor in a
smoothie place. We were there for a while trying
to figure out if it was really him. My mom said to
ask for a picture but I got scared. I was also
afraid it wasn't him and I was gonna ask a
stranger for a photo. My mom told me to just take
the risk. Turns out it was him getting a smoothie.
I approached him and asked for a picture. He was
so sweet ( I still have the picture).

Event 3 Title: Traveling to Mexico

I was seven years old when I took my first trip to
Mexico. I went to visit my father for the first (Picture below)
time.
I remember feeling a little nervous because it was
just me and my grandma. When we arrived I saw
my father for the first time waiting for me at the
door. At first I didn't recognize him. He was taller
than the door (he was 6’3) . I was a little scared
but awkwardly greeted him. I spent the next
month getting to know him and my family in
Mexico. I will always remember that trip because
that was the first and last time I will ever see him
( He died a week after I left ) .

( My family is from Sinaloa Culiacan)
