Hello everyone and happy new year!
We're officially in holiday mode here at IG headquarters.
I mean, we've definitely been hard at work putting together
another great issue for you guys, but there's a cool, relaxed
vibe in the office this month. Being on summer holidays means
I don't have to worry about school and I can spend more time
on It GiRL and it has been super-fun! Our February cover girl
is Grace Mulgrew. She's the awesome YouTube star that I was
lucky enough to meet and be in a video with last month. You

needed, so just for fun I put on one of my
dad’s t-shirts. At the store I got what
I needed and went to the counter to
pay. There was already a man there
paying so I just waited my turn. When the
cashier noticed me, she looked at the
man then looked back at me and said,
‘Look, you two are wearing the same
top!’ and then she started to laugh. I
don’t know who was more embarrassed,

I had just tried on some new shoes in a shop
and I loved them. I carried them to the
checkout so my mum could pay for them
when I noticed a girl following me. I turned
around to look at her and she said to me,
“You took my shoes!” I looked down and
