• Less hassle in handling papers especially for the UAUC Cards/

Grievance Mechanism Forms storage area when the submission
reach more than hundred of submissions.

• System Admin is the HSE Team who can easily monitor the

efficiency and the accuracy of the submission. Admin can

extract the data analysis directly from the system.

• All submission can auto-convert to a Master Database. No

dedicated clerk required to record the conventional UAUC/GM
information in database.
