Create one business registered as a partnership. You are allowed to imitate any business in order to help
you creating the business activities, but do not use the business’s actual registered name. You are
required to perform the given task below:
Word Processing in Accounting
By using Ms Word 2016 or above, you are required to organize a business’s report by inserting the main
information including:
Name of business
Business’s background – location, business operation, main business activities
Mission, vision and core values of the business
List of partners and Organization Chart (insert images)
Opening capital and capital contribution from each partners
List of products/ services with the sales price
Promotion Strategy
Any relevant information are accepted
Save all sheets of the report by inserting the page number and footer (Business name + four last digits of
registration number starting from F) in the format of .docx and .pdf
Spreadsheet in Accounting
By using Ms Excel 2016 or above, you are required to construct a:
business’s Financial Statement for the year ended 2020 consist of:
Statement of Comprehensive Income
Statement of Financial Position
graph showing about 5 years business sales and business profit/loss
Save all sheets by inserting the page number and footer (Company name + four last digits of registration

Relational Database System in Accounting
By using database system, you are required to organize a specific online form in order to record the
customers’ database. The maximum is 30 entries.

(a) Form questions
(b) Responses database
Presentation Tools in Accounting
By using Ms Power Point 2016 or above, you are required to perform a presentation slide about the
company you have created. You can use your own creativity in creating slide presentation using all
necessary tools provided in the Microsoft Power Point 2016 including special effects (sound clip, graphic
or photo, smart art, video animation clip, animation scheme, slide transition effect, hyperlink etc).
1. Your number of slide presentation is NOT more than 30 pages.
2. The content MUST consist of:
Business’s background – location, business operation, main business activities
Mission, vision and core values of the business
List of partners and Organization Chart (insert images)
Capital contribution from each partners (using table)
List of products/ services with the sales price
Promotion Strategy
Hyperlink to customers’ database file
Hyperlink to Statement of Comprehensive Income and Statement of Financial Position
Analysis of the business’s sales and business’s profit for 5 years (chart is required)
3. You are allowed to add any relevant extra information to the slide presentation.
Save your presentation slides by inserting the date, page number and footer or header (Company
name + four last digits of registration number starting from F) in the format of .pptx and .pdf
Notes:
1. Merge all .pdf documents in one file and save all tasks as Business name + four last digits of
registration number starting from F.
