HOW TO APPLY AS STU MEMBER Fill in STU Membership Form &BorangAngka sa1/79 Submit the completed form with supporting documents to any nearest STU office Upon approval, a monthly subscription fees ofRM5will be deducted from member’s payslip Borang Angkasa 1/79 signed by Guru Besar / Pengetua / PPD List of supporting documents: • A certified true copy of latest payslip • A certified true copy of bank book / statement as stated in the payslip • 2 passport-size photo • Entrance fee RM2.00
