A private family apartment building composed of 5 residential
units on three floors with shared landscaped front yard, family
Majlis and underground parking. A modern design statement that
upholds traditional local cultural codes and modern living amenities.

RESIDENTIAL COMPOUND

A residential compound featuring a row of four-bedroom detached
villas in two sizes with layouts focused around central courtyards.
A design that sensibly integrates bold masses and pure forms
with expansive fenestration openings and internal sheltering
green spaces to ensure privacy yet maintain a sense of openness.

BUILDING

A commercial residential
building composed of six
apartments on three floors
capped by a penthouse that
enjoys a private terrace. The
main facade exhibits a sleek
design statement through the
use of aluminum louvered
panels, deeply set windows
and mechanically fixed
marble.

TOWNHOUSE
COMMUNITY

A residential compound featuring a
string of four-bedroom detached villas in
two different layouts organized around a
central courtyard. A design that carefully
juxtaposes bold volumes in stone and
metal with expansive window openings
all the while sheltering the structure
behind a fenced landscaped porch.

MOSQUE DATE: May 2019
LOCATION: AL-AHSA
Facade design for a community Friday mosque featuring alternating AREA: 2500 sq.m.
metal screens juxtaposed against flat surfaces and window openings
that give unto an expansive sanctuary. Design is dominated by an
imposing central approach that acts as a sheltering courtyard which is
flanked by a women’s prayer hall, a Quran teaching hall and support
facilities.

CONFERENCE ROOM

A private corporate meeting room with strong geometrical
grid that unifies the interior space. A design that sensibly
blends comfort and privacy with state-of-the-art audio-visual
facilities.

OUTDOOR LEISURE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
FACILITIES

A private leisure compound attached to a
mansion featuring a pool, a fountain and a
sports pavilion which gives unto a sprawling
lawn. A classical design language that employs
a strict geometric layout, formal design elements
and modern materials and building technologies
with the purpose to create a welcoming albeit
private outdoor space.

CLUB

An executive health club featuring a
spa and a gym complete with various
exercise spaces and courts located at
the top of an office building with direct
access to a roof garden. A sleek design
that combines functionality with Zen
design principles to ensure a relaxing
and rejuvenating atmosphere.

Corporate Headquarter interiors that reflect a powerful
corporate identity realized through a unique blend of materials,

use of pure forms, surface treatments and decorative elements.
