PRG Welcomes Tommy Ciccarone Jr.

Principal
Tommy Ciccarone, Jr. joins Precision as our new suburban branch partner. Tommy was born & raised
in West Chester. Tommy received his BS in Marketing Management at Virginia Tech, and his Master’s
in Business Administration from Eastern University. Tommy is intimately familiar with Philadelphia &
its outlying suburbs from an earlier career managing business operations of Parkway Cleaners which
was one of the largest cleaners in the region. Tommy helped negotiate the sale of the business which
included nine retail leases, as well as two sale lease backs to the new owners. His knowledge of the
region, especially the businesses and people of the tri-state area, is extensive. Tommy brings a blue
collar ethic and a dedication to his trade and his clients. He has extensive experience in all aspects of
commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, land development and investment sales. Tommy
and his family have been committed to hard work in their communities as well as their trade.

Director
Anthony Fusco, Jr. is a Philadelphia entrepreneur with a well established career in the real estate
industry. After graduating from Widener University with a B.S. in Finance (1988), Anthony joined the
Berman Development Corporation. Within a two-year period, he was named top salesperson of the
Multi-Unit Investment Property Division and was appointed Assistant Vice President Sales/Marketing.
Anthony is the recipient of numerous awards in the real estate field, including the Silver, Gold
and Platinum Awards from the Philadelphia Board of Realtors, the Gold Award for both Individual
Achievement and Company Leadership from the National Association of Home Builders, and the
Pinnacle Award (Salesperson of the Year) from the National Sales and Marketing Council
His professional association memberships included the National Sales and Marketing Council,
Pennsylvania RPAC and the National Board of Realtors.

Senior Sales Associate
Kirk Nelson has sat on all sides of the real estate table—as a buyer, seller, tenant and landlord. From
his experience, he knows how to negotiate a deal among competing interests. Kirk has successfully
brokered commercial real estate deals first in Seattle and now Philadelphia.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Kirk holds degrees in Economics and Philosophy. He is
a aggressive entrepreneur, who built three successful businesses, including a general contracting
company in Seattle and a marine contracting company in Baltimore. His last endeavor was Wedge +
Fig, a successful restaurant in Old City. Between these various enterprises, brokering deals for others
and managing his own real estate holdings, Kirk found time to sail over 50,000 miles on his 40’ sailboat,
cruising the Pacific, Atlantic and Caribbean with his wife. When they “swallowed the hook” and returned
to shore, Philadelphia became their home.

Sales Associate
Alan Krawitz joined Precision Realty Group in 2016. He grew up in the Philadelphia, suburban region and
has lived in the city for years. Alan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA
at Widener University. Prior to to joining the PRG team, Alan was a food truck owner and restaurateur.
Most notably, Alan secured the location, negotiated the lease, financed the fit out, and managed the
construction of a very popular quick service restaurant in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of
Philadelphia. Seeing all aspects of the commercial real estate process from the other side of the table,
Alan grew an interest in the real estate world. Alan brings passion, high energy, and tenacity to every
project he works on. With only client satisfaction in mind, he is singularly focused on delivering best
in class value to every real estate transaction. His experience as a business owner gives him a unique
viewpoint to every assignment. His time is currently spent on retail tenant representation and investment
sales in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
