The Boston Planning & Development Agency approved a
21- story, 320-room hotel at 150 Kneeland Street in Boston’s
Leather District. The 20-story inn would also have more rooms
than any other currently proposed or planned hotel in Boston.
The project will supply sorely needed hotel rooms to the
immediate South Station area.

BULFINCH CROSSING

Bulfinch Crossing is a 2.9-million-square-foot development
project that will replace the existing above-grade concrete
Government Center Garage with six mixed-use buildings,
a pedestrian-friendly streetscape and a public plaza on two
appropriately-scaled urban blocks spread across
approximately 4.8 acres.

One Dalton will be the tallest residential tower in New
England at 740 feet and 61 stories tall and will consist of
712,500 square feet of residential, hotel and retail space.
One Dalton’s upper floors will contain 180 private luxury
condominium residences. Underneath will be a Four
Seasons luxury hotel with 215 rooms.

SEAPORT SQUARE

The largest single real estate project in city history, spanning
23 acres across 20 city blocks. WS Development is building 7.6
million square feet of mixed use development. The Square will
feature 3.2 million sqt of residential, 2.8 million sqft of office
space, 1.1 million sqft of retail space and 450,000 sqft hotel
space. There will also be 8.8 acres of public park space.
