commitment of ½ a day for 10 months a year

How the Mastermind works

• We meet and enjoy a great breakfast whilst having a
general catch up and informal chat

• B reakfast is followed by a chaired, round the table
discussion on specific issues members are facing that month

• E ach meeting is structured and chaired to ensure all
members benefit from time and feedback

• Challenges are discussed, clarified, and members
constructively engage with the issue, raising questions,
discussing thoughts and actively helping you to find a clear
path forward

• Y ou then choose which way forward is right for you and
commit to implement the actions by the following meeting

• Previous actions are reviewed and discussed. We then
break for lunch

• Guest speaker – not every session will have a guest
speaker, but when it adds value to the group this will be
scheduled in. Optional 1-2-1 coaching session to further
explore your goals

• W e hold 10 meetings a year
