Swimming Pool Maintenance

Daily:
1. Skim debris out of the Pool.
2. Clean all skimmer baskets during swimming season.
Weekly:
1. Test the water.
2. Clean the walls and floor. Use cleaners, brushes and vacuums recommended by the pool manufacturer.

Start at the shallow end and continue to the deep end. Overlap each stroke when vacuuming and
brushing to cover all areas thoroughly. Always keep the vacuum head under water while in use. To speed
up the process, dedicate 10 minutes a day to brushing down the walls.
3. Hose down the pool area after cleaning and before using. Direct the spray away from the pool to
prevent dirt from washing into the water.

Guest House Management

Krystal Klear Cleaning Services under take the complete management of Corporate Guest Houses.
We ensure that the Guest Houses are well maintained & 24 hours service is provided to the guest. Special
care is taken for Housekeeping, hygiene, cleanliness & prompt service.

Daily cleaning:
1. Damp moping of the tiles, floors, elevator floor, sidewalls, staircases and passages. Floors shall be free of dirt, mud, sand, footprints,

liquid spills and other debris.
2. Chairs, trash receptacles, and easily movable items shall be moved to clean underneath. During inclement weather, the frequency may

be higher than once per day.
3. Wet mopping and cleaning the floors three times during the day.
4. Sweep clean of debris from walkways and driveways and hose lean them during appropriate climatic and water use conditions.
5. Cleaning and emptying of ashtrays / trash bins.
6. Cleaning of stairways, handrails, lifts and escalators.

Washroom Cleaning

Thorough cleaning and sanitization of toilets, bathrooms, wash basins and shower facilities,
using suitable non-abrasive cleaners and disinfectants.
All surfaces shall be free of grime, soap mud.
Cleaning of mirrors, glass doors, glass windows, etc.
Replacement of flower arrangements, if any, papertowels, toilet paper, and liquid soap in all
bathrooms shall be performed.

Trash Removal

Emptying all waste paper baskets, from all floor areas and washing or wiping them clean
with damp cloth, replacing plastic waste paper basket linings (shall be provided by the client)
and returning items where they were located.
All waste from waste paper baskets will be collected and deposited in the buildings waste containers.
Dry and Wet garbage would be segregated and dumped into designated area within premises.

Glass Surface Cleaning

All glass at entrance doors of the premises would be cleaned using damp and dry method.
Glass tabletops and glass accessories would also be cleaned.
Removal of fingerprints glass counters and partitions.
This cleaning is done using approved all purpose cleaner and lint free cloth or paper towels.
Metallic surfaces and glass partitions, if any are to be maintained through out the day.

compound wall sides, etc.
Dust and clean electrical fittings
Checking and clearing debris in the drains.
Cleaning and disinfecting of toilet bowls and seats.
Cleaning of exhaust fans and filters screens

Dusting and Wiping

Dusting and wiping light fixtures a xed to walls (not part of ceilings). When completed, the
light fixtures shall be free from dirt, grime, dust and marks.
