Details and Rules

OFFICIAL INCENTIVE PERIOD:
Noon, CDT, July 1, 2018 – noon, CDT, July 1, 2019.

How to Earn Points:

• One (1) Subtotal A Personal Sales Dollar = 1 Point
• Each new Qualified Personal Recruit = 500 Points*
– Q ualified Personal Recruit is a Consultant you personally

recruit who meets the required sales threshold in 90 days.*
• Promote a Personal Recruit to a new Leadership Title = 750 Points
– Personal Recruit must promote to a new title during the

Official Incentive Period.
– Must be paid at title for the June 2019 Commission Period

to receive the 750 Points.
– O nly first time promotions are eligible to qualify for 750

points. Those who qualify for the first time in the June 2019
Commission Period at a new title will receive 750 points.
• Personally Promote to a new Leadership Title = 750 Points
– Must promote to a new title during the Official Incentive
Period.
– Must be paid at title for the June 2019 Commission Period
to receive the 750 Points.
– O nly first time promotions are eligible to qualify for
750 points. When you qualify for the first time in the
June 2019 Commission Period at a new title, you will
receive 750 points.
• Attend National Conference = 1000 Points
• Attend Leadership Conference = 1000 Points
• M aximum Personal Recruit Promotion and Personal Promotion
Leadership Points = 20,000

*Sales threshold is based on Starter Kit selection. Points will apply to the Annual
Incentive Program running at the time of qualification.

RULES:

1. All Consultant participants must be 18 years of age or older as of
July 1, 2018 or when they join Norwex during the program period
to participate.

2. Air travel will be arranged from a major Canadian or U.S. gateway city
through a Norwex chosen travel agency. Expenses to and from the
airport are the responsibility of the Consultant. Norwex will determine the
major Canadian or U.S. gateway city.

3. A ccommodations are based on double occupancy for all Consultants.
(For example, someone who earns a Trip for One with air will share a
room with another Trip for One with air achiever.)

4. Buy-ins for guests to Cabo San Lucas will be available. To be considered
a guest, the individual may not be a Norwex Consultant.

5. The cost of buy-ins for Cabo San Lucas will be published at a later date.
Children’s buy-ins may necessitate additional fees and/or a second room.

6. B uy-ins will not be available for Norway.
7. Norwex may modify rewards or provide substitute rewards for the entire

program or for individual participants when necessary as determined by
Norwex at its sole discretion.
8. Only Norwex Consultants in good standing throughout the Official
Incentive Period, up to and including the time of travel, are eligible to
participate in the Annual 2018-2019 Incentive Trip. Good standing is
defined as a Consultant who is compliant with all Norwex Policies
and Procedures.
9. N orwex Consultants who resign or are terminated, up to and including
time of travel, will forfeit all incentive award points.
10. R eward Levels 1-4 shipments will start in October 2018 then on a

monthly basis. Reward Levels are cumulative. Consultants earn both
trips when they achieve Level 8.
11. T he travel dates to Cabo San Lucas are February 7-11, 2020 and to
Oslo on September 8-13, 2019. Achievers must notify their Home Office
in writing should they choose to decline the trip award. Norwex will
consider that notification final and no further changes will be accepted.
12. For the 2018-2019 Incentive Trip, if you had a new personal recruit sign
up in June of 2018 that Qualified in August of 2018, the points would
count toward the 2018-2019 Incentive Trip.
