BE NO DIFFERENT.
The festival’s original balloon, nicknamed Sally, was
retired in 2019 after nearly two decades of service. The
chamber has commissioned the making of a new witch,
and if everything goes as planned, that balloon will
make its debut in this year’s parade.

the True Blue Jazz Festival will return
this year Oct. 13-17, with live and vir-
