The Forest

Many special trees and plants grow in
the forests. Some trees bear fruits. Some
plants can be used as medicine. Many kinds
of animals live in the forests too. Sadly
many forests are cut down for wood. When
trees are cut down, many animals become
homeless and have nowhere to go. You can
only see them in the zoos today. It we do
not protect the forests, soon all animals will
become extinct:

Taste

People taste different things on different
parts of the tongue. If something is sweet,
like candy, we taste it on the tip of our
tongues. If something is salty, like potato
chips, we taste it just behind the tip. If
something is sour, like a lemon, we taste it
on the sides of our tongues. We taste bitter
things, like dark chocolate, at the back of
our tongues.
