Sequoia has primarily been building custom homes for the past 35 years, but in recent years, we have been in the business of building high-end equine facilities – which has always been a personal goal of mine. Because of my many years in custom home building, I am able to apply my expertise and attention to detail with a unique perspective, as opposed to a traditional barn builder. I had come for the express purpose of immersing myself in the Mark Phillips designed equestrian centre and all the varied options offered, my husband had come to tee off at the 3 onsite courses and try his luck at the lottery of garnering a tee time at nearby St. Andrews (for their Old Course).
