Azul Airlines introduced more flexibility and encou
raged passengers to book their next flight in peace of mind, and the airline
has the flexibility to change travel dates, destinations, hotels, or three for
free. This policy refers to new airline reservations made between March 4 and
March 31, 2020, for travel between now and October 31, 2020, on all routes

provided by Azul Airlines and South packages.

Therefore, travelers will easily be able to change and change their
reservations up to 24 hours before departure. Remember that travel must
take place within 12 months of the initial travel date, and consumers must

pay the difference if the new reservation price is higher. The agreement
prohibits group reservations, and terms and conditions apply to the
cancellation.

Azul Airlines Cancellation Policy For Refundable Tickets

Refundable ticket may cost you higher than non-refundable ticket but at
least you will have a surety that if you cancel or change your flight ticket

then your money will not be wasted and will be refunded to you in the
form of the original payment mode you chose at the time of ticket
booking.

If you wish to change your flight timings or destination then you can apply
for a change and no change fee will be deducted from the cost of your
original ticket but you may have to pay for the difference fare. If the
previously bought ticket is more expensive than your new one then the

refund will be given to you in the form of the original payment you made
at the time of ticket purchase.

Air Transat Cancellation Policy for Non Refundable Tickets

If you are traveling with a nonrefundable ticket and you wish to cancel your flight
ticket then you will be charged a minimum amount of cancellation fee.

If you cancel your Azul Airlines flight ticket within 60 days of flight booking then
you may not be charged with any cancellation fee and your refund will be
processed in the form of your original payment.

If you wish to change your flight plans within 60 days of flight booking then you
may not be charged with any extra change fee, however, you have to pay for the

difference fare amount.

If your new ticket is cheaper than your old one then the remaining value after
subtracting the cost of the ticket will be refunded back to your original form of

payment that you chose at the time of ticket booking.
