Introduction
Welcome to Garnjana Thai Restaurant, the place that established and proudly serves Authentic Thai food
here since 1996. We strive to serve food that tastes close to how Thai people eat in Bangkok, Thailand.
The spiciness of Thai food varies from nonspicy to extremely hot. Most of our dishes, the spicy level
could be modified upon request. Though there are some dishes that quite difficult to reduce the heat, e.g.,
curries. Because curry pastes are made from various types of chilies and herbs blended, especially Green
curry and Pah curry that packed more spiciness than the others due to hot herbs like fresh chili, galangal
and rhizome ingredients in the paste.
Besides, the spicy level also depends on personal taste and experience. Our restaurant ranks spicy level
from nonspicy, mild, medium to Thai spicy. If you’d like your food really spicy, please mention to our staff
that you would like a Thai spicy PLUS or PLUS PLUS PLUS which means it is going to be a max spicy level
that we could make for you.
However, the spiciness of fresh produce like fresh chili sometimes is difficult to control but we will try our
best to maintain the best same standard.
Classic Thai condiments
While the dishes are great on their own, sometimes its the condiments added to a dish that can make it
that extra bit special. Whether it’s to alter a flavor profile or simply enhance it, and here’s a guide to the
condiments you need to embrace on your travels. Your best bet is to experiment with a little of each and
see how you enjoy them.
Green Chili in Vinegar, pickled green chili brings a
calmer sour heat to the table. It is a great condiment for
noodles and many other Thai dishes.
Red Chili in Vinegar, fresh red chili blended with pickled
garlic and vinegar. Pairs deliciously with noodles and stir-
fried to bring up tartness, garlicky and spicy to the dish.
Chili Fish Sauce, Thai salt and pepper, is used to add both
salt and spiciness to a dish. Pairs well with rice dishes, fried
rice, noodles and is delicious on eggs.
Are you Vegetarian or Vegan? Chilli Flakes performs the pure spiciness to your dish.
Some Thai dishes aren’t naturally spicy, so chili flakes can
help bring dishes to the spice levels you’re used to.

vegetarian, most dishes could be served, just choose your main protein to be Veggies or Tofu.
However, if you are vegan, please look for a vegan option icon ( VG OPTION ) on menus then choose your main
protein to be Veggies or Tofu, the taste of vegan dish is going to be different from the original and might
take a bit longer to cook.
