SEN ACHIRAYA PETCHDACHAI ORS ANISHA KARNA For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to leave EIS. But today when the time actually comes, I wish that each second would last a little longer and each moments a little merrier. Throughout my 13 years’ journey, difierent types of people come and go and each gave me an invaluable lesson. Gracias MOM & DAD: Thanks for the eighteen years that you have spent raising and nurturing me. Today, as I step into the world, I hope that you would watch me from afar and wish me luck. I LOVE YOUUUUU <3 K3-G12TEACHERS: I am truly sorry for whatever I have said and done in or out of class! Thank you for all the lessons and advices <3 MOSTFABULOUSANDAWESOMEFRIENDS: You make my life colorful, vibrant, and exciting (sometimes a little messy and chaotic but whatever). Thanks for everything especially the gossip sessions. I’ll cherish the memories that we have and love you forever. SR17: I couldn’t ask for a better graduating class. No matter where you are or who you will be, we will always be Senior17. Nothing would be able to replace you, EIS Class of 2017. Isn’t it scary when one stands at a certain point in life and looks back at the past, realizing how fast years have passed by? Mama & Daddy, Anushka: The only thing that has kept me going is your unconditional support and belief in me. Anushka, drive yourself to become better than me and spread love to the people around you. Teachers: Thank you for being there for us, teaching unforgettable lessons, and keeping up with our incessant questions. SR’17: I may not know everyone personally, but I DO know that every student has such great potential to go far in life and to achieve his or her dreams! I couldn’t have asked to be in any other batch. Friends: Ava, Grace, and Inzi, Thank you for being there for me, always. Maple, Meeme, and Boeing, I will miss your random bursts of afiection, your sarcasm, and having my back whenever I needed you. Sanya, Sinae, Minnie, Nilar, Natthida, and Anushka, all of you are my ffrst ever friends here, and thank you for that. MUN: To Maple, Meeme, Jung Min, Kavin, and the rest of the team, thank you for giving such a unique family and a chance to work with all of you and giving me some of the best days of my life. “And we stand hand in hand, and we take another chance, this is the start of something new” 2 0 1 7 ANNA SANSOPONE ANUSHKA KWATRA Life's a healthy sort of simulation, an endless legend of mental and physical endurance in the lights and shadows of humanity, asomatous values, simulacrums of the concrete and what we see as actual on the edge of the blue, coordinated in complex and interconnected patterns, yet harmonious. What reality ofiered me is surreal—according to the Oxford dictionary, reality is “the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them”. What is the “state of things as they actually exist”? Do we dare to question them? Do we dare to question the universe even if that means tearing down our basic foundations and beliefs? We went through wars with ourselves, questioning, in hopes of creating and becoming, not to belittle our virtues. My advice, question, never take life for granted. Analyze people, books, mechanics, poems, philosophies, but most of all, analyze yourself and seek to understand your own reality. Cultivate and accumulate with your heart and brain--Find your balance, pick your battles wisely, and aim for inffnite possibilities. Through hardship, I hope you can keep your personal integrity and identity. -On a personal note, thank you teachers and parents, for everything. EIS has been my second home for 13 years of my life. Thank you so much to all the teachers who helped me discover who I am. My best friends (you know yourselves) thank you so much for supporting me through everything. Love you guys! Will miss you like crazy, thanks for all the wonderful and crazy memories. I'm proud to call you guys my best friends Last but not least, my family Mom and Dad, you both are the true heroes in my life! Thank you for being there through all my phases in life. I know I can be annoying and stubborn but thank you so much for dealing with me! Love you so much. Without you I’m nothing, so thank you so much. Thank you for being the amazing parents that you are. My brothers, I know we ffght for the dumbest things and my sarcasm is ofi the charts, but thank you for always being on my side! Thanks for being that annoying thing you always have been! Love you “Life's not about how hard of a hit you can give... it's about how many you can take, and still keep moving forward.”- Rocky Balboa

SEN ANUTHEP KHANIJOH ORS ASHOOTOSH ASNANI I would like to thank the whole world for making me who I am today, especially my family. 10 years in EIS have passed quickly. There are a couple of people without whom survival in EIS would have been impossible, especially Mum and Dad. There's no words to express my gratitude. EIS has taught me a lot, from giving me crazy friends to amazing teachers that have made the person I am today. Mr. Tommy, Mr. Merle, Mr. Peerachote, Mrs. Archana, Mr. Elon, Mr. Christy, and Mr. Manh: Thank you for all the lessons throughout the years. Thep: table tennis talks ;) Patr: PatAsh combo Ping: Thai Kobe <3 SungJen: grow a beard bro :p Henrique: 10 years, need I say more? Got: Where's my icecream? Photo: #Jujuonthatbeat Baiboon: Wanna? :p Kachera: Dairy Queen Bomb: fake Indian accent Volleyballers: This is a game I have loved for all the years I've played it, play each game like it's your last. Basketballers: EIS Basketball is all about lifestyle now. Keep doing what you do and remember #BallisLife Finally, I'd like to say that everyone makes mistakes. Now, it's time to learn from them. We shouldn't be sorry that we've made these mistakes, because we don't LOSE, we LEARN. But what do I know, I'm just glad I graduated. 2 0 1 7 ASHWIN KWATRA AVA STHAPIT We all get our chances to do what we want, until our destiny is revealed. These 13 years in EIS have made me question most of my choices and ideas so I could become someone better. As far as I can remember, I always wanted to achieve greatness, but things change. Those 13 years gave me a sense of understanding and enlightenment, despite the fact that I had to learn things the hard way. Those things that were learned the hard way always made me ask myself: Why do we fall? All these experiences taught me one thing, which was: with all the greatness that we want to achieve, they come from small beginnings, and there are times that we are forced to choose whether if these goals are idealistic dreams or should we ffght to make it a reality. Asides from school, the people who inspired and supported me throughout this journey are my siblings, my father, and most importantly, my mother. As we forge our legacies, we must remember that the small glimpses of greatness came from the 13 years in EIS, our second home. This is just the beginning. The best is yet to come. As Peter Pan once said, “Never say goodbye, because goodbye means going away. And going away means forgetting.” It has been 6 years since I ffrst entered EIS, and it has become a part of me. I have met a whole family here, and saying goodbye to them won’t do them justice. However, I would like to thank everyone who has been a part of my life. I would like to thank my MOM & DAD for being supportive about all my decisions, and basically everything <3; my SISTER for helping me with everything <3 ; ALL MY FRIENDS accepting me for my weirdness, and being there for me no matter what ;) <3 <3. Lastly, I would like to thank all the TEACHERS who have helped me grow as a person <3. LOVE YOU SENIOR 17 <3 <3
