Mrs. Lorenson’s Class

Cullen

On my snowy day I went
snowboarding in my
backyard. I made 2 jumps in
my backyard in this picture. I
was going on the big jump. I
also go snowboarding with
my brother Mason, he is 13
years old and he is in 8th
grade. I sometimes
snowboard with my
neighbors Luke and Joel.
The snow was melting so
we went out for 15 to 30
minutes. My brothers friend
came over.

Clayton

On a snowy day I was building a snow castle with a backyard canon and a couch
all made out of ice! In the backyard me on the left and my little brother Soren on
the right we made a snowman and his name was Bob. Then, we used a canon
and shot snowballs at friends, it was so fun. Then, we made a lever that can open
the door like a castle kind of door! Then, we carved the snow ball into pokeballs
made out of snow. Then we froze the snow into ice and we made statues out of
ice inside the castle. Sadly, the castle and the snowman melted a day later, but it
still was fun. So that is what I did on a snowy day. :)

Dylan On a snowy day I like to
sled with my brother Jax. I
also like to have a race
with my brother of who can
get up the hill first. I also
like to throw the ball for my
dog Sully. Another thing I
like to do is roll down the
hill with my brother. I also
like to make a snowman
with my dad and have a
snowball fight my brother .
I like to throw snow at my
my dog Sully. I also like to
tackle my brother in the
snow but I also get thrown
in the snow. I also like to
snowboard outside.

Connor

On a snowy day I like to go sledding
at crystal lake. My dad is the one who
took me and he took the picture. I had
such a fun time sledding with my dad.
We also had a contest of who could
go the furthest and I won. I beat him
by a couple inches. My dad made a
huge jump and I went up two feet! It
took us a while to build the jump
because my dad crushed it and we
had to get it packed so that it wouldn't
fly in my face. But it was worth it for
sure! At the end my dad pulled me to
the car and I got to ride on the sled
but I had to pull the other sled. That is
what I do on a snowy day.

Addy On my snowy day I went ice fishing with my little sister
Sarah, my Dad, my grandpa, and my uncle. I did not
really ice fish I just played with Sarah. We pretended that
we were tigers and covered a bunch of ice holes that we
found. When we were driving on the ice Sarah and I got
to sit in the way back of the truck! We also took brakes in
the car and ate sour sweet gummies. We had a fun day
outside!

On a snowy day I like to go Emma
outside and make a house with
my sister. On that snowy day I
played with my sister Kacy and
and built a house with
compactable snow. On that day it
was sunny and a little chilly. On
the snowy day my sister Kacy and
I made a thick and strong icy
house. I would say I can walk on
the house. My sister Kacy and I
also made an underground room
and tunnel it was so awesome
and so much fun. My sister and I
had so much fun and now at the
bottom of the hill we are going to
build a new fort because we
wrecked our fort it was a blast.

On a snowy day I enjoy
building a snowman with my
sisters Lyla and Alex and my
neighbors Izzy, Addy, and
Sarah. I like to play outside
on a sunny day because it is
very nice to be in the sun.
Sometimes we like to go
sledding and we go very fast
down a hill. Sometimes I get
to have hot cocoa with my
sisters.

Isabel

On a snowy day I like playing in Reese
the snow with my brother and
sister. My sister’s name is Lily, my
brother’s name is Will. I like
digging in the snow and I like
digging snow houses. I like doing
snowball fights. I like drinking hot
cocoa when I get inside. I like
walking in the snow. I have lots of
fun the snow.

Izabella

On a snowy day I go sledding
and have snowball fights. We
cleaned off the tramp and
jumped on it with my friend
Charlie. We go skiing on our
sleds. My dog Otis loves
playing in the snow, he rolls in
the snow it's funny.

Landon On a snowy day I built 2
snow forts! I would of went
sledding. I did not have time
to finish the fort because it
was going to be really big.

On my snowy day I went to Natalie
the dog park with my friend
Annie and her dog Lucy.
Every time there was a hill
her dad would run and pull
us down, also there was a
giant snow pile and we went
head first down it. Next, we
went back to the park after a
long walk on the deer trails,
we even found a bridge and
made snow angels. After
that, we went to McDonald’s
and I got a happy meal.
Then, we went to the polar
plunge at Crystal lake. After
that we went back to my
friends house and we played
for the rest of the evening.

Luke On a snowy day, I like to sled
down my luge. I also like
crashing into trees with my sister.
Then, I usually crash into a big
tree or crash into my brother
Jake. He then throws a snowball
at my face and I throw one back
at his face. I team with my other
brother Dylan. Then I get my
cousin and she gets a sled full of
snowballs and loads it into mine
and Dylan’s fort. After that, Jake
goes down the hill and we hit him
over twenty times. Dylan, my
cousin, and I also like making
trenches and huge tunnels. That
is what I usually do on snowy
days.

Arianna

On a snowy day I play outside with my
sisters and brothers but they don’t play so
much outside. Their names are Angie,
Luciano, Jasmine, and Marcos and my
mom and dad. There names are Brandy
and Luciano me and my dad have the
same middle name its Magdaleno nobody
can say it, but me. My family my dog and
cats go outside. My fish I have three now
because, but their names are Jerry, Lilly,
and Donut because that one is fat.

Magnus On a snowy day I like to go to the
Ice Castles on a nice sunny day. I
went with my friends, brother, and
sister. Their names were Rilan,
and Kalen. My brother and sisters
names are Kane and Marley.
Then we went in the ice castles.
In a ice cave I saw a secret path
and it was long. Then, we went on
two ice rides.Then, my sister went
to see Anna and Elsa. Then, we
went to get a cookie and hot
chocolate YUM! Then, we left and
we got a pin, my brother got a
penguin pin. My sister got a
unicorn pin. I got a penguin pin as
well and that is what I like to do
on a snowy day.

Maryn On a snowy day I sometimes
go outside and play with my
sister. We take turns pushing
each other down the mound of
snow in our cul-de-sac. We
also play on our swingset. We
pile up snow at the end of the
slide and we go down it and get
buried in the snow. I always
beg my sister to make a
snowman with me and she
always says no. Then, I just
make a snowman by myself
and I always fail when I do it. I
sometimes wrestle with my dog
Teddy. Then I always go back
inside after a couple of hours
and drink hot chocolate.

On a snowy day I like to go outside. I Micah
have fun running around and playing
with Aspen. In the snow I throw up a
shovel full of snow and she eats it! I also
like to make snowballs to throw around.

Roo On my snowy day I went sledding
in my backyard. Then I went back
up the hill and went again. I had
fun sledding. Then I went inside.
When I wasn’t cold I went outside
and tried making a snowman but
it didn't work so I played with my
brother’s outside. We made a
snow fort. We made it out of
rectangular prism shaped blocks.
I love drinking hot chocolate
when I’m cold. I liked the snow
fort it was cool.

Ryan

On a snowy day I like to go sledding in my backyard. The perfect time to go
sledding is when it is warm and sunny. When I go fast down the hill it is really fun.
When I go inside I drink hot cocoa. That is what I do on a snowy day.

Sedona

On a snowy day I have a
snowball fight with Skylar (my
sister) and my dad. Sometimes
we have a snowball fight at
night. Sydney (my sister) never
plays, she doesn't like to get
hit! Skylar and I are on one
team, dad is on the other team.
Skylar and I always win! :)

(P.S. I love snowy days!)

On a snowy day I like to Valentina
sled, tube, and watch my
sister ski. Also, when I sled
I like to dive head first in the
snow! It’s so fun! I also like
to watch snowflakes fall
from the sky. Also, on
snowy days like this I like to
go to Buck Hill and tube.
When I come down the hill I
always make a funny pose!
I go down the tubing hill at
least 30 times! It feels
amazing! After doing all
those fun things I always
like a warm mug of hot
chocolate!

Teegan On a snowy day I like
to sled with my mom,
dad, and my sister
Aubrey. I was sledding
in my backyard.
Sometimes I go to Buck
Hill. Sledding is my
favorite winter activity.
That's what I do on a
snowy day.

On a snowy day I will make a huge fort
behind my house and make details
everywhere when I build it. I like how it
looks. I’m still building a roof for my fort
and I put a box and make a small fake
torch. I just color it brown, yellow, and
orange. I just need a lot of boxes for the
kitchen and bedroom, living room. I can’t
wait to finish my fort!

David

Otto On my snowy day I had a
friend come over. My friend,
Kai and I went to go
sledding with my dog
Rainey. Oh and if you throw
snow at him or hold it he will
try to eat it. We also made a
big ramp that we flew off of
and we landed seven feet
away from the ramp. After
that, we pet Rainey and we
went inside to drink hot
cocoa. Then, we built a fort
and went sledding again
down a big hill. Next, we let
my dog in and then played a
snowball fight and it was a
really fun fight. Lastly, we
went and played hello
neighbor in real life.

Liam

On a snowy day my
brother tried to chop my
snowmen head of. We
also had a snowball fight.
It was fun. I also went
sledding with my brother.

Nora

On my snowy day I like to build snow
forts, and play in them. I also like to
have snowball fights with my friends. I
love to have hot cocoa with
marshmallows. Another thing I love to
do is go sledding. For Christmas I got
a tube sled, and sometimes there are
jumps. My brother’s and I love to go
sledding together! Those are all the
reasons why I love snowy days!

Elise Zaffke On my snow day I love to play with my
baby cousin James. I promise you
besides his family he loves me the most.
He is so cute and I love to play with his
cousin Prea. I always pull them in a little
sled and when I do that they just giggle.
All Prea wants me to do is throw her up
in the air and spin her around. She loves
me to just play with her all day. However,
James loves to just get held he loves me
to play cars with him and Orian loves me
to read to him and he loves company.
Most of all he loves when he gets to go
down the sled hill with me. We have fun
on a snowy day!

Evelyn

On a snowy day I went to the Ice Castles. Then I went to drink hot chocolate. We
saw this big slide. Then, I went on the big slide. I was scared to slide down but my
dad said it will be ok . Then he said my girl is always brave. Then, I saw Anna and
Elsa. I went to take like one thousand pictures. Then, it was night time but there
was beautiful lights. I loved going to the Ice Castles.

On a snowy day I like to Addison
play with my dog Odie and
the gray dog is a foster. We
had her for one day we
named her Grace. She is
from Alabama. My brother
also went outside but he
went inside before I came
in. We also went sledding
and I threw snowballs at
them and they caught the
snowballs, it was so funny.
That is what I did on a
snowy day.
