3 HOW TO ENTER THE NEW SYSTEM OPTION 1 Go to this link: https://apex.iium.edu.my:8444/ords/f?p=183 OPTION 2 Go to itdportal advise (the previous system) > marksheet > CAM/Result Entry/Class List…. > Login using the usual username & password to key-in CAM & final exam result A notification will appear if your password has expired/ is incorrect Click here to change the password

5 HOW TO CREATE CAM DEFINITION Step 1: In the homepage, click courses Step 2: Add new schema. There are 2 options: 1- Manually add the schema one by one. 2- Copy schema from the other group/previous semester OPTION 1: MANUALLY ADD THE SCHEMA ONE BY ONE. (1) Click this icon (Courses) (2) Click this icon to view & add new schema.
6 (3) Click ‘Assesment’ (4) Choose one of the schemas. Please follow the schemas as per instructed by the Course Coordinator of your level. (5) Key-in the short Desc, Long Desc, Weighted score & Grading Score > Click ‘Save’ before you proceed to add the next schema. (6) Leave it blank. DO NOT tick the box until you have key-in all the CAM marks and ready to allow students to see the CAM. IMPORTANT NOTE 1. Click ‘Save’ button for every schema that you have finished keyin. Do not wait until you have key-in all the schema because it may lead to the unorganized schema in the CAM entry. 2. Please refer to the images in the next page and follow the arrangement of schema of your course code correctly.

9 OPTION 2: COPY SCHEMA FROM THE OTHER GROUP/PREVIOUS SEMESTER (2) Click the small triangle & choose the group that you want to copy from. (3) Click the small triangle & choose the group that you want to copy to. (3) Click ‘Copy’ (1) Click ‘Schema’ Don’t worry if the imported assessment schema is not arranged correctly here. Just click ‘save’ and go to CAM entry to check. Usually the assessment schema is arranged correctly there.
10 HOW TO KEY-IN CAM Step 1: Go to the CAM entry. There are 2 options: OPTION 1: CLICK ICON UNDER THE CAM ENTRY OPTION 2: CLICK THE ‘CAM’ BUTTON INSIDE THE CAM DEFINITION Click this icon Click ‘CAM’

12 Step 4: Click ‘Save’. There are 2 options: Save manually / Auto save Step 5: Once all marks are keyed-in and checked > Go back to ‘CAM Definition’ and tick ‘Publish’ 2301111 2301112 Ali Ahmad Fatimah Musa Click ‘Auto Save’. Tick ‘Check on Timer’ if you wish to make it save automatically. Untick if you don’t want it to be auto save. Tick all the box to publish the CAM.

15 HOW TO IMPORT CAM Step 1: Go to the ‘Final Exam’ > Click on the subject that you want to key-in the result Step 2: Click ‘MyMenu’ > Click ‘Import CAM’ > Click ‘Save’/ choose ‘Auto Save’ * Click the ‘Import CAM’ again if the mark in CAM entry has been edited.
