A course page in iTa’LeEM can only be accessed by the
principal teacher & the students of that course.

However, a principal teacher can manually add his/her
co-teacher into the course page.

COURES PAGE?

Step 1: Log in into iTa’LeEM & open your course page.

Step 2: On the left side of the course page, click ‘participant’

Double check that
you open the right

course page.

Step 3: Click ‘enrol users’

Step 4: Search the person that you want to add either by name/ staff no./ matric no.

* It is recommended that you do the searching by staff no/ matric no. Searching by name is more difficult because
you need to enter a correct spelling as in the system & you may need to know their full name especially when the
name is a common name used by many person.

Enter the staff
no./ matric
no./ name

Click on the name.
Make sure you click
on the correct name.

Step 5: Choose the right role for the person. If the person is your co-teacher, click ‘instructor’ > enrol
users.
